Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 square meters, we offer accommodation with cozy warmth thanks to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.) our recessed pool (heated by solar - water temperature is therefore dependent on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

The studio apartment is attached to the main house but has its own private entrance and patio. It’s located on the ground floor, with direct access to the garden Situated just 3 km from Heidelberg’s historic old town, the location offers a scenic walk along the Neckar River through a charming, established neighborhood. It’s an ideal spot for hikers, mountain bikers, and road cyclists, with excellent trails leading up to Königstuhl and fantastic road cycling routes in the surrounding area.

Visit us in our newly renovated vacation home on the over 1000 m² property with directly adjacent stream, covered balcony and large garden area! The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

Well suited for business travelers. Mannheim, Heidelberg, Darmstadt and Frankfurt are easily accessible by highway A5 /A67 or public transport. Workplace with Wi-Fi available in the house. A relaxing evening can be enjoyed in the accommodation as well as in the surrounding area. Family-friendly, occupancy is possible with 2 adults and 2 children. Playground in the street, many excursion destinations such as swimming pool, rock pool, hiking in the nearby area.

Cute farmhouse from the 18th century with garden

In the sleepy village of Böllstein lies "das Ima," a cottage that was built in the 18th century as a farmhouse. After many renovations and extensions, the house is now equipped with three bedrooms (2 with doors and one with a curtain), plus a fireplace room, open kitchen, summer kitchen, open gallery and many books. Tiny House Buche m. Dachterrasse

Tiny House "Buche" steht am ruhigen Rand des Campingplatzes. Eingebettet zwischen Bäumen, fühlt man sich hier der Natur ganz nah. "Buche" verfügt über ein abschließbares Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss mit einem 160-cm-Bett. Auf dieser Ebene befinden sich noch zwei weitere Betten in 80cm Breite. Im Erdgeschoss findet man den großzügigen Wohnbereich mit einem L-Sofa, voll ausgestattete Küche sowie ein großes Bad. Die Dachterrasse ist das Heighligt der Unterkunft.

Great views of the beautiful garden-from every room. 5 minutes' walk and you are standing in forests and meadows. On the terrace you can enjoy the sunset. For ideal indoor air, an air purifier with HEPA/activated carbon filter is available to remove pollen, odors, airborne allergens, etc.

There is about 80 square meters of living space with a small terrace overlooking the greenery of the front Odenwald. Sink into the cozy 180 cm box-spring bed (super comfortable mattress!) after an active day in a deep sleep. The property has a separate entrance and parking.

The house is tastefully decorated and is in a quiet location, ideal for hiking and cycling.

Feel at HOME! – in this cozy place to stay in the old town center of Dossenheim. Dossenheim is a place that has direct access to the A5 highway and is connected to the line 5 (OEG) line network. The vineyards, quarries and fields give this place a beautiful setting. Bakeries and a supermarket as well as the local butcher allow shopping on foot. And Heidelberg is a 12-minute train ride.
