De studio is de bovenverdieping van ons achterhuis, met eigen opgang, kleine douche/wc en keukentje. De ruimte is 10 bij 6, met uitzicht over de Beemsterringvaart. Het is 10 minuten lopen naar de bushalte. Met bus 314 kun je de ene kant op naar de historische stad Hoorn en de andere kant naar Amsterdam centraal. De bus doet daar 40 minuten over. Het beste kun je vooraf aan je bezoek bij Amsterdam traveltickets kaarten kopen zodat je van al het openbaar vervoer gebruik kunt maken ( 26/ 33 euro)

The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

Located in the protected natural area of the Zeevang polder land (EU Natura 2000), famous for its birds like godwits, spoonbills, and lapwings. The view it offers is among the most beautiful in the Netherlands. Middelie is very near Amsterdam (25 km). Other historical places like Edam, Volendam, Marken, Hoorn, and Alkmaar are never far away (5–30 min. by car).

Je hebt uitzicht op de tuin en het aangrenzende park met vlindertuin en speeltuintje. Parkeren kan gratis voor de deur.
