Soak in the good life of this peaceful and centrally-located home. The property is fenced. In the garden, there are swings, a trampoline, and soccer goals. Close to shopping, cafes, restaurants, a movie theater, a museum, facilities, a swimming pool, a climbing gym, a skate park, nature, and many other activities. Approximately 15 minutes to the beach. 5 minutes to the outdoor swimming pool and the artificial lake, where you can also swim. There are activities for children in town all summer. In the basement, there is a stationary bike and a ping-pong table.

Klithuset is located in northern Thy near Bulbjerg, only 2½ km from the North Sea. The plot is 10,400 m2 in beautiful raw nature with a great distance to neighbors. The perfect setting for peace and relaxation. The cottage is bright and has good views. Dogs are welcome. In a new annex, there are two single beds, but no toilet. Shelter is built into the annex.
