The area around the house is equipped with an outdoor sauna and outdoor shower, as well as a shelter with a glass roof, where you can stay overnight with a view of the stars. There are three terraces around the house with outdoor kitchen in the form of a grill and pizza oven. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, which has three rooms with a total of 6 beds, an entrance hall, a bathroom with a large shower, a cozy kitchen/living room and a living room with access to the terrace.

The house is well suited for the large family or for groups, as it contains several sections and several common rooms. From the first floor view is a glimpse of the sea. Here are five good rooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, pool table, etc. The house is located in the old part of Agger, 200 meters from the North Sea and 200 meters from a Michelin restaurant. The home is well furnished with a dishwasher, washing machine, modern kitchen, living room and two good bedrooms with closet space. The property is located within walking distance of the city's cozy inns, the Købmanden and the famous waves of Cold Hawaii. Please note! Bedding, sheets and towels must be brought by yourself, but can be rented from us for a fee (75 DKK per person). (The house is painted black on the outside after pictures are taken)

The whole plot is surrounded by trees and with a lawn, so you can sit outside completely undisturbed. The house is 150 m2 and has 2 bedrooms with double beds, the 1st bedroom has a three-quarter bed and two beds along the wall. Nice bathroom with shower and a washing machine. New kitchen combined with a nice living room and with access to dining area.

The cottage is located on a nice enclosed property, where there is the opportunity to enjoy and relax in peace and quiet. There is a fire pit The area at Kærgården invites you to take walks in the beautiful nature and along the beach. From May to September, there is a swimming dock. There is a good playground and the opportunity to play mini golf and petanque.

You can Charge an electric car at the house. (AC). Chargecabel is to be brought. Do you want a peaceful place to spend your holiday, then we have the house. The house is a good starting, for walking or biking. There is a big bedroom with two beds and a little room with two beds. There are a woodstore and a heat pump. In the shower and the toilet there are two electric radiators for heating. You have to walk out on the terrace to get into the shower. Power costs 3.50 kr (0.50€) for each kWh
