The house is “green” as it is 100% self-sufficient with energy from the house's windmill and solar cells. Garden, terrace with barbecue, garage for bikes/boards and there is a chest freezer. Furnished with entrance hall, angular living room, kitchen with dining area, office with workspace, bathroom. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with 3 beds, bedroom with 2 beds and 1 bed in the stairwell.

Get very close to nature and enjoy the simple life in this peaceful but centrally located place. The home is well decorated with dishwasher, washing machine, modern kitchen family room, and two good bedrooms with closet space. The grounds are located within walking distance to the city's cozy hosts, the Merchant, and the famous waves of Cold Hawaii. NOTE! Bed linen, sheets and towels are to be brought by yourself, but can be rented from us for a fee (75 DKK per person). (The house is painted black on the outside after photos are taken)

The whole grounds are fenced with trees and with lawn, so you can sit completely secluded outside. The house is 150m2 and has 2 double bedrooms, 1. bedroom has a three-quarter bed and two beds along the wall. Lovely bathroom with shower and a washing machine. New kitchen combined with a lovely living room and with exit to dining area.

We love it and are sure you will come to it too There is a mandatory cleaning fee Included in the price are towels and linens - dish towels and dish cloths. "Cold Hawaii hinterland" About 4 km away very scenic activity park and a little further south is the very famous Skyum mountains, with great hikes, really beautiful.
