House well equipped including high speed broadband and tv with Netflix. Master bedroom has king size bed with large built in wardrobe. Second bedroom has double sofa bed with large wardrobe and desk. Bathroom has large bath and low pressure overhead shower. Heating is via effective electric radiators. Cosy Corner is 5 mins from town centre & 3 from local shops.

This is my second stint at Mat's place after a 4 months' break in India. Glad to meet this awesome gentleman again and he is as friendly and helpful as ever. The place has not changed, clean and comfy to stay in. He has also kindly provided a monitor for my work (laptop screen is too small and hurts my eyes) and a comfortable chair. Thank you Mat!

Just the type of accommodation I like best. Peace and quiet. My own clean, tidy room and bath. No other guests. Access to kitchen so I do not need expensive restaurant food for every meal. Washing machine and outdoor clothes line. Gracious, knowledgeable hosts. Esquire coffee shop just a few minutes’ walk, open at 6:30—great for early birds like me—with good coffee, pastries, and breakfast/lunch fare. Easy access by bus to train station to get to London and elsewhere. Small Tesco shop next to Esquire where you can get basic things.
