Cozy basement apartment in 50's-villa

Welcome to a nice, quiet area close to everything. The forest, Tivoli, local shops and grocery stores are all nearby. The light rail stops 5 min. from here. It will quickly take you downtown. You can also walk to get there. The apartment is in the basement with a private entrance, bathroom and (small) kitchen. Our laundry room is in the basement, but we will coordinate in advance if we need to use it (only relevant for longer stays). Fast Wifi and easy access to the highway. Free parking.

Gratis parkering og huset ligger 10 minutters gang fra busforbindelse til Århus centrum. Ingen adgang for kæledyr.

Med blot 100 meter til indkøbsmuligheder og praktisk tæt på busstoppesteder (50 meter), kan du nemt udforske byen og nyde alt, den har at byde på. Villa Kolstad Guest House

Relax alone or with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy the long views and the green surroundings. The place is 20 minutes car ride, 30 minutes bus or tram and 45 minutes bikeride from central Aarhus. Theres a 500m2 greenhouse on the plot with a dining area and gas grill, creating an forever summer garden from april to oktober. Denne store villa er på 198 kvm, har 3 soveværelser og kan huse op til 6 gæster. Udenfor er der en dejlig have med stor og privat terrasse, der vender mod sydvest. Villaen ligger i hyggelige Mårslet, hvor du kan finde supermarkeder og pizzeriaer. Der er fine gå- og cykelruter i området, og ikke langt til stranden.
