We built again and downsized but included this spacious studio apartment with a bedroom alcove. Wooded and quiet yet just 3 miles from the charming tourist town of Shelburne Falls, and not far off RT91 and the cities of Amherst, Northampton and Greenfield.

Our 10-year old open, airy house is, located in a woodsy clearing. The hard-pack roads are well-kept year 'round. Private lakes are clean. Tanglewood and Jacob's Pillow are nearby. Ski in winter. Hike state parks or Appalachian trail. We require that our guests and members of the party to be in the guest house verify vaccination against the COVID-19 virus; or documented test results of "negative" in 3 days or less from the check-in date.
