Flat screen Smart TV with surround sound, cable TV, and access to Netflix and other streaming platforms as well as Pandora. Wi-Fi available throughout apartment. Living room includes wood burning fireplace and desk/dining table. Bedrooms connected by a wide passageway with sliding doors making each space a private bedroom room, or if left open, a sitting room off the master bedroom . Please note kitchenette has a small 2 burner induction cooktop and is more suited to warming up leftovers than preparing a full dinner.

The apartment shares a common wall with the main house with doors that separate the space and remained locked. It offers a stocked kitchen, cable tv, dvd player and wifi with a comfortable seating area for reading by the fireplace or watching tv. The bathroom is spacious with an extra large shower. The bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and dresser. Driveway and street parking available.

West Side Portland Home

This is a refurbished daylight basement apartment, with a separate entrance, and free parking. We are in a quiet neighborhood in West Slope, with easy access to the freeway into downtown Portland (5 miles), or the highway into Beaverton (2 miles). We are also close to Forest Park where the zoo, Washington Park, hiking trails, Pittock Mansion, and other outdoor activities are located. We are not far from restaurants, bars, movies, shopping, etc. (The rental does not have a stovetop or oven.)
