Monthly Rentals in Beaver Pond

Really nice place to spend the weekend for an event we attended about 30minutes away. Host was responsive and the place was clean and well furnished. Will definitely stay again when back in the area.

Super cute house in a very safe and walkable neighborhood. It is an older house but it has been well renovated and it looks as if there will be more renovations ongoing. Very comfy king bed and nice shower set up. So close to the Northeast Georgia Medical Center and other medical specialists. Easy access to downtown restaurants as well. Publix and Kroger grocery stores nearby. Friendly and communicative host and cohost. Pet friendly as well. Would definitely stay here again.

A very spacious apartment located on a quiet street. It was easy to get to and conveniently located for our needs. The bed was comfortable with firm-ish mattress and a couple options on pillows. All in all, a comfortable stay.

Cute, spacious home with LOTS of room. We had deer roaming the property multiple times during our stay, which was really neat. The sunsets were gorgeous from the side yard while watching from the wrap-around porch. Very quiet and peaceful. The host was very responsive. Close to town!
