Passive house is a house that does not need (extra) heating, 10/15 people are enough to heat the rooms This house is extremely bright because it is south-facing with 6 M of bay windows, the comfort and the feeling are incomparable In winter with a negative temperature and a ray of sunshine you will have 22 degrees in the house and in summer you will not close the shutters because there are none, the triple glazing will avoid exceeding 24 degrees in the house
