Wow!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Châteauneuf-le-Rouge ⭐️. Barbara’s place was stunning in every way, it was so spacious - the photos do not do it justice! Our highlights were the plentiful wardrobe space (and long corridor!) and lovely high ceilings. Chateauneuf-le-Rouge village centre is a 2 minute walk…be sure to check out the bakery! Also pharmacy, local shop and restaurant available. The village has a decent pizza van too which was a pleasant surprise. Would 100% stay again! Thank you ⭐️⭐️

Alexandra welcomed us directly in a friendly manner. She gave us a detailed comprehensive introduction to the house and the surroundings with her open manner and also gave us a lot of opportunities for activities. If we had questions about the house or were missing something, Alexandra was immediately available. The house is very idyllic in a private forest with direct views of Mont Saint Victoire. Around the house there are many picturesque spots where you can relax wonderfully and enjoy the landscape. We felt very comfortable and can absolutely recommend it to all nature lovers! Rural cottage behind the owners house who remained very discreet and respectful. At the foot of Sainte-Victoire. Too bad the terrace does not overlook the Muse of the painter Cezanne. For trailers and gravel lovers, a path passes by the cottage and takes you to the Chengle plateau. The house is well-equipped and should be at its best in summer given the thick walls. Hosts are very responsive and answer questions directly. Top welcome.
