Beautiful stay at Monsegur. Very private, peaceful stay with friendly locals. Julien is wonderful- nothing is too much bother and we visited his parents family run restaurant which was opposite the house and our favourite place to eat during our stay. Kids loved the pool and garden. Highly recommend.

A beautiful gite in an idyllic setting. Quiet and rural but ideally situated to explore the surrounding area and villages. Looking forward to a return visit.

Debbie and Christopher are very hospitable people, the apartment is cozy and we slept very well! The swimming pool is ideal as well as the view of the valley, the welcome package was much appreciated. We received information about the region and market days. Such an idyllic stay! The gîte is perfectly located amidst peaceful surroundings, you really feel like you’re in the middle of the French countryside. The garden is enormous, and was a lovely area for our little girl to run around. The pool area is very clean and looks new, located within the grounds , it’s a little walk from the gite but this is great for feeling of privacy. The gite itself is well equipped, clean, spacious and remains cool even when it’s very warm outside. A home away from home. It’s very easy to park outside the front. The local village is very picturesque with restaurants, boulangerie, mini supermarket. It’s a quick drive down, but was too far for us to walk, especially in the heat. Sarah was a fantastic host, was very easy to contact and responsive. Such a wonderful introduction to the Dordogne region for my family and I100% would recommend. Merci beaucoup pour tout, Sarah. Lovely place to spend a couple of nights on our trip round the region. Quiet, relaxing surroundings and the gîte had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

A lovely villa located in a peaceful and private location. Like most of this area, a car is essential but you can spend long lazy days here is comfort. The local contact was Stephane who was excellent throughout. Overall, a lovely family focused villa with a great pool and outdoor areas.

Odette, François's wife, received us kindly and made us feel right at home. She made sure we were able to go into relax mode right away. We also got tips on what we could possibly do and because we were in transit, which we could also do better somewhere else. François and Odette came to check several times during our stay whether everything was to your liking, so we also chatted cozily. Very hospitable people and a top studio (which will apparently also be renovated). In the morning we left at 8am and they were ready to wave us out. Definitely recommended!

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the apartment and its terraced garden. The view from the terrace is a pleasant one overlooking rooftops and towards a hill. It was nice to meet Ralf on arrival who showed us around, explained how the apartment worked and had time to have a chat - so much nicer than arriving to a lockbox. This is a new listing so I think almost everything is brand new - which was a plus. The beds were firm and to our liking. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils - which is great as I like to cook. There is a nice dining table and chairs on the terrace as well as other outdoor furniture. The apartment is really close to the historic centre of Sarlat - probably a five minute walk. Also close by is a bakery and it is only a few minutes walk to the supermarket if you don’t want to drive to the bigger supermarkets on the outskirts of the town. The property has a locked gated entry with parking just to the side of the apartment.

Very short stay as part of a training, but still much appreciated. Listing with quality amenities and thoughtfully appointed. What to do is also left available, it's nice, as well as the little touches of the owners. Interesting exchanges with Jean-Paul about village life and nearby birds. A "nature" break from hosts who respect it. Don't hesitate!

Great stay at Isa and Ridwan's. Very good communication. Impeccable apartment, very well maintained and tastefully decorated. It was a pleasure to stay there. Recommended!

We just spent a few days at this amazing apartment in La Roque-Gageac. The place is in a building several hundreds of years old, renovated with lots of taste, beautiful and modern bathrooms, a lovely courtyard with tables and chairs to relax in, comfortable beds. Adrien and Marion are a wonderful couple that welcomed us warmly. Our children loved their gentle dog, Indi - we loved the restaurant next door. The perfect place for a glass of wine and a taste of their remarkable food! Right in the center of la Roque-Gageac, loads of things to do such as hikes, castle visits, going to markets, cooking class, biking and canoeing (what we couldn’t do due to poor weather conditions). I highly recommend staying here! All the best to Adrien and Marion!

The apartment is right in the middle of a beautiful village, and everything you could want is just steps away. There are several different markets that take place in the square that the apartment looks out over. The flat is large and well-equipped, but the kitchen stands out. It is large and has every kind of kitchen gadget that you can imagine. There are many many things to do and see in the village and within thirty or forty minutes drive. It is really an ideal location.

Excellent stay in La Frog that whistles, clean accommodation, well-equipped, comfortable bedding, very pleasant environment in the middle of nature, calm and peaceful. Responsive and available hosts. Central location allows easy access to all tourist spots in the area.

Charming cottage ideal for spending a few quiet days, close to many activities, restaurant, shops and hiking trail! Recommended!!

We had a short stay at Pierre's but it was successful. The accommodation is nice and we slept well there. Pierre was receptive to our request for late check-in because of the big traffic jams encountered on the highway on Friday evening, the day before the extended weekend. Just a small downside, we only communicated via the airbnb site, fortunately downloaded on the phone, which is not super simple when you don't have alerts like me. You have to log in to the mailbox or the Airbnb website every time. I'm a little sorry that Pierre didn't give me his mobile number, it would have been simpler and more friendly. This is the first time in my many Airbnb rentals. I was a little surprised that my request for a phone number went unanswered. We arrived late and left early the day after and had no direct contact, unfortunately.

We had a wonderful stay... The estate is beautiful. The place is quiet despite the nearby airport. The living spaces are spacious, the bedding is comfortable, swimming pool, jacuzzi, shops nearby, everything was there. The concierge staff are lovely whether at check-in or check-out. A place to discover... Recommended ++++

We had an amazing 6 days. We adored the gite and we made friends with the chickens, the cat and a local dog. It’s amazing for children. And yet so peaceful. I would highly recommend this place

Stunning! Yes the house is amazing and the space is well furnished and the material noble (wood and stone)… but for us it was the stunning views of the entire valleys and the bright stars in the jacuzzi at night which made this place unforgettable.
