A studio on the ground floor of my house

I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. This is a cozy 30 m2 home with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and TV. The ground floor bathroom is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilet at the entrance of the house is shared.

The apartment is on the 1st floor, it is quiet, well-equipped and very bright. It is close to the Faculty of Science, IUT, OIEAU, Beaublanc Stadium and CHU. You can walk to a big shopping mall. A convenience store/service station very close, is open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Bus line 8 is 100 m away and serves the city center, which is 2 km away. The apartment is very close to the main roads. Upstairs is an open bedroom with two single beds (see photo) and a master suite. You will be greeted by Guy and Elisabeth who live on the estate. You will find dairy products (milk, butter, cheese, cream, dishes) in the neighboring farm.
