House, without exterior, in the village of Seguret. This is a house renovated in 2023 with very nice amenities. It consists of a large living room/living room with kitchen, upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. This house is next to our own house. You can enjoy our swimming pool during the summer period from June 1st to October 31st: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The WE and holidays according to our availability. The pool is a 2min walk away.

The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

In its green setting, on the heights of Beaumes de Venise, nestled on the hillside, our house with no neighbors directly opposite offers you an area of 120 m2 and a 1600 m2 terraced garden that is landscaped and equipped with a lovely above-ground pool and a hot tub for 4/7 people, with 180° panoramic views. Marked hiking trails and mountain bike routes directly accessible from the house (50 m). All shops, pharmacy, tobacco shop, newsstand, bars, and restaurants are within a 10-minute walk.

Cristou's House

This living space is stylishly furnished, it has all the modern comforts. It is part of the Jaumiere farm built in the 18th century around a spring. We grow olives and truffles in accordance with organic farming. The estate extends over 20 hectares of terraced crops, including 1 hectare dedicated to strolling and exceptional views of the Luberon range, from the Southern Alps to the Sainte-Victoire of Cézanne. Calm and space are the luxury here.

Cozy cottage with pool

Cozy and quiet place for a family. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and in the living room, a sofa bed can be used as a bed. Possibility to set up a baby bed for your child up to 3 years old. The pool and garden are shared with my mother's house (Maria). The pool is secure. The cottage has air conditioning, and electric roller shutters. The yard is fenced. My mother lives next door for any questions you may have during your stay.
