In Beaulieu-sur-Layon, we welcome you to our refurbished late 19th century gîte. In the heart of the Coteaux du Layon vineyards, 25 minutes' drive from Angers, you will find a suitable place for a bike stop (Loire à Vélo) or to discover the Anjou Noir by strolling through the vineyards or along an old railway adjoining the estate. Decorated it with Japanese furniture following our stay in Tokyo. We speak French, Dutch, English and Spanish.

Charming house, a balcony over the Loire.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

The wing of the mill that we have converted into a cottage offers comfortable accommodation in a green setting. A canoe is available to experience the local fauna and flora. Our mill is on a hiking trail close to the Pont-Barré hillsides nature reserve. The LPO organizes outings to discover birds, beavers. Finally, our wine village is very rich.
