Rent a bicycle (delivered to the cottage) or go canoeing 15 km (9 miles) away. There are grocery stores nearby, and you can eat at the local restaurant (5-minute walk). In Beaulieu-sur-Layon, forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. We welcome you in one of our 3 refurbished cottages from the end of the 19th century. In the heart of the Coteaux du Layon vineyards, 25 minutes' drive from Angers, you will find a suitable place for a bike stop (Loire à Vélo) or to discover the Anjou Noir by strolling through the vineyards or along an old railway line adjoining the estate. We speak French, Dutch, English and Spanish.

La Pointe Windmill Tower

On the heights of the village of La Pointe, this former 16th century mill transformed into a neo-Gothic tower in the 19th century, offers breathtaking views of the confluence of Maine and the Loire. NOUVEAU Cottage chaleureux et accueillant de 40m2, située à côté du site naturel de la vallée de l'hyrôme, en plein cœur des vignobles. Lieu calme et atypique; il mélange un lieu de repos et de détente mais aussi un espace de "brocante". Des meubles anciens ont été revisités et relookés afin d'avoir une nouvelle vie. Des objets ont été chinés et dénichés. Ma passion est de pouvoir faire "revivre" ces objets oubliés. Un petit voyage dans le temps...

St Aubin de Luigné is classified as a charming village, located in the heart of the Côteaux du Layon. You can discover it on foot, by bike or by electric scooter. We are located on a hiking trail on the banks of the Layon, close to the Loire by bike. You can canoe, kayak or sail on a traditional "toue" boat on the Loire and Maine. You will also have the opportunity to visit the castles of the Loire (Angers, Saumur Serrant, etc...).

Fully renovated cottage in a farmhouse that we live in We offer a fully renovated and newly equipped cottage in the countryside 20 minutes from Angers, for 4 to 6 people. Two suites: 1 bedroom and its bathroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom and its bathroom with 2 beds that can become a large bed when brought together. The sofa bed can also easily be unfolded in the living room.
