Ideally located for exploring the Vendée, it is 20 minutes from Les Sables-d'Olonne and 50 minutes from Le Puy du Fou. L'Échappée accommodates up to 4 people in an elegant and cozy interior. Beautiful living room with equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms with private shower room and toilet. Bed linen and towels provided.

The house offers a living room equipped with a TV area, a breakfast area, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and two nice bedrooms upstairs as well as a terrace area outside. The house is located in the center of Landeronde with free parking 10 m away and shops within walking distance. We are 20 minutes from the first beach of Les Sables d'Olonne and 10 minutes from La Roche-sur-Yon, 50 minutes from Puy du Fou. A rare pearl in the heart of Vendée.

Independent studio of 27 m2 located in a wooded and peaceful park. We would like to point out that the room is on a mezzanine with a fairly steep staircase access (see attached photo). Possibility to walk around a large pond, or we provide a boat for a relaxing time on the water. 3 min drive to Beaulieu sous la Roche (bakery, supermarket...), 25 min to Les Sables d'Olonne and its beaches, 1 hour to Puy du Fou and access to the Chemin du GR at the gates of the studio
