Completely renovated in 2025, this 90 m² townhouse, classified 3 stars, welcomes you in Sainte Flaive des Loups, between countryside and ocean. Ideally located for discovering the Vendée, it is 20 minutes from Les Sables-d'Olonne and 50 minutes from Puy du Fou. L'Échappée accommodates 4 people in an elegant and warm interior with secure bike storage. Beautiful living room with equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms with private shower room and toilet. Towels and bed linen is provided.

Private entrance, in house located on the heights of Apremont in Vendée with views of its 16th century Château. 5 min walk to the village (restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy etc.) and the lake with its beach, games for children, hiking..... Coming from the village, take the D 107, first house on the right with a palm tree and a fir tree on the lawn. If you see the end of the village sign, you've gone too far!

Independent studio of 27 m2 located in a wooded and peaceful park. We would like to point out that the room is on a mezzanine with a fairly steep staircase access (see attached photo).
