Great stay! Christian had everything needed for a perfect beach vacation. Christian was great at communicating. The Airbnb was spacious and clean. I will be staying at his Airbnb in the future!

This was our first visit to Hilton Head. We’ve been to Charleston and other places in the general low-country region, but never to HHI. The Spa was the perfect spot with serene scenery that included a private natural beach which we had never experienced. It was the most peaceful, quiet, and least crowded we have ever experienced at the beach. The location was close to everything and the condo was perfect. The price was reasonable compared to other locations and met our needs exceptionally well. It is clean and the host clearly takes pride in their property which is seen with how it is managed. Furthermore, the host is quick to respond when needed. Would stay again if and/or when back in the area.

Wonderful location with a second floor view of the ocean! Everything you will need for your vacation is there. Easy walk to the beach or the marsh. Definitely the best value for our family of two on Fripp!!!

My family had a fantastic time at Michael’s place. We went to St Helena to go fishing for my birthday. We were right down the road from a public landing, wonderful restaurants, historic sites, and fun shopping. We needed a hose to clean out our boat and Michael was kind enough to immediately grab one for us. We had a really great time and loved the area!

We had a great stay in Beaufort while attending the Gullah Festival-a perfect getaway for me & hubby, my sister & her family & our fur baby. The home was just as beautiful as the photos—clean, comfortable, & spacious. Faith & Jeff were incredibly welcoming, responsive, & accommodating. After checking out, I was frantic thinking I had left an important item. I texted them & they responded immediately with the same sense of urgency & went out of their way to search for the item —an act of kindness & care really appreciated. If you’re a reader, you’ll appreciate the detailed notebooks provided with thorough instructions & thoughtful info about the area. From the nicky picky corner, I’d advise guests to expect the occasional water bug or spider, which I assume comes with the Lowcountry. Also, the Blackstone grill was dirty, so a gentle reminder to guests that it’s always kind to clean up for the next person. In all, we had a lovely experience & would definitely return. Wonderful stay on Edisto island. Beautiful house in a peaceful setting. We really liked the quiet area the house was in. We enjoyed time on the screened porch. All the bedrooms were nice and comfortable. Would recommend this house for a restful stay at Edisto!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Hampton House! The house was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Location on the water can not be beat. All the beach toys and kayaks were a bonus. Derrick was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back. Highly recommend.

Another great stay- this is our third time I think at this property. Jonathon & Patricia are some of the best owners on Airbnb! So easy to work with and very responsive. I never worry we will have any issues and all of their properties are so great- we have stayed in all of them!

The home and location was excellent. Port Royal is a walkable delightful town. Walk a couple of blocks along the river buff to Fish Camp, a terrific sea food restaurant t. And steps further, She’ll Ring, a brewery with the best beer in the region. Better beer than Charleston or Hilton Head breweries. Music Bingo Mondays, Trivia Tuesdays and BlueGrass Sundays. If interested in American History, the location is idea for American Revolution naval history, and the civil,war and reconstruction. Who knew the first reading of the Emancipation Proclamation was in Port Royal. And Beaufort, a lovely riverfront historic town, Pat Conroy’s home town, is a few miles away for more restaurants and horse carriage or golf cart tours or just walking along or having coffee on the charming riverfront. This is the best AirbNB we have ever been too. Will definitely return if we come back to South Carolina. Our dog (small dogs allowed) loved the fenced in yard. Wonderful neighborhood for walking dogs.

Stayed here for a weekend to celebrate a family birthday and had an absolutely wonderful time! The house's location is peaceful and private and the sunrises every morning were sublime. Would absolutely stay again!

This was our second stay at the house, and we hope to keep coming back. House is comfy and clean and has everything you need. The peacefulness and beauty of the marsh, the birdsong, and the wind in the trees are balm to the soul.

This place was great, exactly what our family needed for our stay at the beach! Erik was responsive and proactive and made sure we had everything we needed. The beach amenitites were a huge plus. The condo is in a great, private location. Would highly recommend!

Great location along Coligny Beach! We took advantage of the beach chairs and was nice to be a short walk back for anything we needed. We purchased and left a beach umbrella for future guests to enjoy. Condo is ideal size for 2 guests as listing suggests.

The views were fantastic! The unit was very nice. Everything needed was close at hand. The owners were very thoughtful and intentional with the decor, furniture, and extras that made us feel comfortable and like we were at home. The resort is very secure and we felt safe.

We loved our stay here, it’s a great location on the beach, we like this area of the island as it doesn’t seem as crowded. The resort is nice and has different activities going on, we love having the poolside bar area and ice cream stand right there. The place itself was nice, clean, made good use of space. Kids loved the hall bunks. Very easy to check in and out.

I’ve stayed at this resort multiple times but this room is by far the best! It was clean, had every thing we needed & more, and was a perfect location for a wagon haul to the beach. It was impressively stocked with things you may forget. We had a wonderful stay & will be staying in this room again for our next stay. Thank you!

Condo was super easy to get to on the first floor and definitely oceanfront. Although we were on the first floor, we could still see 98% of the ocean over the dunes and easily hear the waves crashing from the balcony. We got to see a family of rabbits hopping through the dune grasses and 99.9% of the time no one is seen between our balcony and the ocean… giving the feeling of seclusion in a populated area. Everything worked as it should in every room in the condo… fantastic TVs, extremely good shower heads, sturdy beach chairs, stout beach umbrella w/ anchor, comfortable plush leather sofa, and a very comfy form fitting memory foam king bed with plenty of pillows for even the finicky sleeper. 99% of my kitchen needs were met…i’ll remember the cooking spray next time. The plush white sand was a pleasant surprise as well as how level and firm the sand gets when the tide goes out, great for bocce ball! BTW, just about any kind of tent, wind shade or popup is allowed on the beach.

The place was wonderful. It was nice to have access to beach items. (Chairs, toys and cooler bags.) We only used a chair because mine unfortunately was taken during our stay. (No reflection on Mark or the property it was my mistake.) I have stayed at Beach and Tennis many times and this Condo is one of the nicest well maintain I have been in.

Perfect Airbnb for five nights in Hilton Head. Would definitely visit again! Anne gave clear and detailed instructions.
