Townhome vacation rentals in Beaufort County

The townhouse was spotless and extremely close to pool. Beach was a short distance to walk. Kitchen well stocked with any needed supplies. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay in this cute villa. We had everything we needed for our stay. The location was quiet, convenient, and the grounds are lovely. This is a great area for walking and biking. Or, if you prefer, drive about two minutes to Coligny public beach parking lot and nearby shops.

Unit was as advertised. Everything worked fine. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. The people from Beachside were friendly and very accommodating.

We loved the villa. The living area had enough seating for our family to play games and watch a movie, which is rare! The bedrooms were a good size and we enjoyed having en-suite bathrooms. The space is well designed for a group. The view of the natural area and golf course were peaceful. We even saw deer in the backyard several times. The location is central to either gate, a quick bike trip to the beach or any Sea Pines restaurant and still feels very private. We stayed two weeks and felt right at home.

Absolutely loved the place itself and location. Loved walking home from the beach and enjoying time by the pool or on the patio.

Our stay was wonderful with no complaints. The rooms were beautiful and cleaned to a hotel standard. Each room came with a box fan which was a great accommodation. We felt safe and comfortable and had an overall great stay.

We had a great time at this stay, with the ocean views from the AirBnB and plenty to do on the Island, even seeing dolphins! Place was as described and the host was responsive and helpful.

A very nicely appointed home close to the beach and of course all the amenities that Seapines has to offer. We loved our stay !! Looking forward to returning soon!!

Great location and exactly as presented. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone. We made our reservation at the last minute on day of arrival. Host was super responsive, helpful and well organized. Check in and checkout and access to the unit were all a breeze. We had a great time and enjoyed a hassle free quick get away with friends.

Amazing place less than a 10min walk to the beach! Novella's place was clean and spacious (was bigger than it looked in the photos). She also had it well stocked with beach chairs, toys and a wagon plus a full kitchen. Certainly will be back!

Great house and great location. About a mile inside Sea Pines right off the main road. There were 7 of us including 5 teenagers and the place was perfect for our group. Lots of cool wildlife to watch off the back deck: gators, turtles, anhingas, frogs, everything. We used the bikes and rented 5 more from Cross Island. It was a 15min bike ride to harbour town and sea pines center. 10mins to Publix and Starbucks. >5min drive to coligny beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice, quiet neighborhood, close to Old Town Bluffton and Bluffton Parkway. The townhouse was very clean, well equipped, pet friendly and comfortable. We were in town for a funeral last minute so we didn’t spend too much time at the house. Booked it because it was pet friendly in case we couldn’t find a pet sitter, but ended up not bringing our dog. Just be aware if you have mobility difficulties, there are two flights of stairs to bedrooms and parking is free, but along the street or in a lot that’s about a block away.

We are local to SC and visit Edisto often. This was our yearly week long visit with our kids and this year we finally got to bring our dog, which was such an added treat! Gerri’s place was a favorite for us and included everything we could ever need, to include an added golf cart rental, extra beach towels when ours were all wet, and all the amenities to make it feel like home. The living area was spacious enough for our 3 year old to play and the bedrooms were big enough for our 14 year old to have his own space too. As a mom, my 3 year old instantly felt comfortable and safe and that means so much to me during a time when she’s scared of everything (and for the enjoyment of our trip). We are already looking at dates to stay here again next year. Thanks so much for sharing your piece of Edisto with us!

This was my first time using AirB&B and I was skeptical. Tom and Peggy were great and communicated extremely well and I’d recommend this rental to any one with a similar size group. All HHI amenities and attractions are very close and walking to the beach was a game changer. Highly recommend!

Stayed for my honeymoon, and had a great time! Close to shelter cove which has a grocery store and other shops. Close to lots of beaches and there is a pool in walking distance. Big tv in the bedroom and in the living room made it fun to stay in the house! Great location relatively close to anywhere you need to be 10/10!

Loved our stay at Tracy’s listing. This place has EVERYTHING you need for a fun beach vacation. Would stay here again without hesitation. 5 stars all around. Stay here for a guaranteed great experience!

We only spent one night at Jennifer's place since our trip was very short, but boy do I wish I could've stayed longer. The home was beautiful, pristine clean, and had plenty of space for the four of us traveling. The beds were extremely comfortable too! I slept like a baby. 😁 So glad we chose Jennifer's place; we will definitely stay again in the future!

Anthony and Calynn were awesome hosts!! The space was very comfortable to stay in, and the pickleball court in the back is great! Would 110% recommend!

Super responsive and friendly hosts! Very helpful recommendations for local restaurants and activities! Really great clean space, super roomy. The hosts anticipated all of our needs! Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked and ready to be used - kitchen had lots of pans and baking materials and bathrooms had extra toilet paper and enough towels for everyone! Would absolutely stay here again!

Sue’s townhome was impeccable and all the furniture was neat and thoughtfully arranged for comfort while also keeping the rooms spacious. Motion activated lights helped for nighttime movement when light switches were unfamiliar, and the bedrooms were pleasantly decorated and included sound machines and ceiling fans for blissful sleep. Plenty of linens including beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked and the TV’s were large and easy to stream. Laundry room came in handy, also well stocked with baskets and tide pods. Ceiling fans in every room including the two beautiful verandas, easily my favorite place to sit. The location was perfect, plenty to see and do, with live music just steps away, ending at 11pm. We have already booked a return trip, I can’t wait to come back. Thank you Sue!

Everything about our stay far exceeded our expectations. The condo was immaculate and well organized. It was evident from the time we opened the door that Shari had spent a lot of time anticipating the needs of her guests. The extra amenities such as bath soap/shampoo, dishwashing/laundry detergent, a Keurig coffee maker w/pods, beach towels/chairs, games/puzzles/books, even a helpful notebook about the island with maps and information about restaurants, shopping, and activities. Our stay was very relaxing and comfortable. I highly recommend this unit and we look forward to returning.

I have been coming to Hilton Head for over 40 years, but this was the first time visiting with my 3 boys. And my first time staying on Shipyard. What a gem Sarah’s place was. It was perfect for our group of 5. Very spacious. Layout was terrific. And neighborhood was absolutely break taking if you like a peaceful, quiet, setting with nature all around. We loved biking from the house to the beach or out to Coligny. It was perfect. And I loved my first experience staying on shipyard. What a great spot for biking, walking, and running. The beach access was fantastic too. And Sarah has a closet full of beach essentials, which was a pleasant surprise. Including chairs! This was a 10/10 experience for me and my family. We had so much fun! Sarah was a great host. Very friendly and proactive. I would definitely love to stay here again! Oh, and the beds were all so comfortable. The A/C was terrific. And it was so quiet. I slept better here than I usually do at home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Wholly Mackerel. The townhome was clean, nicely decorated, roomy, nice linens and comfy bed. Also, nice appliances and dish ware. We loved bike riding, the pool, corn hole, ping pong, pickleball and the beach. It was nice having the chairs and umbrella. The deck was relaxing and location peaceful. We loved Edisto State Park and hope to go back again! We would highly recommend Wholly Mackerel as a great place to stay!
