Vacation rentals with a home theater in Beaufort County

Great location! We walked over to Fraser’s restaurant one night for dinner and also had takeout there one night. Great condo and convenient to everything in Sea Pines. The free bikes were a nice added touch plus my boys visited the gym just outside the Sea Pines gate everyday! Close to beach club and a great stay for our family. Will book again next year!

I have been vacationing on HH for over 25 years. I have stayed in many areas on the island. Sea Pines is the best place to stay. You don't need to leave the community. The condo has a very well stocked kitchen. The condo is in an ideal location: 9m bike ride to Harbour Town, 25m bike ride to South Beach, 5m bike ride to the beach. The walk to the beach is very enjoyable as well. Wonderful restaurants within biking distance. I am not crazy about carpet in a rental, but the carpet upstairs works better for our senior dog. I would stay here again.

we enjoyed every bit of our stay here! It had a little bit of everything for everyone in our family including our young kids 5,3 and 1. Located right on the golf course which my husband enjoyed watching, walking and practicing on the putting green. Short walk or bike ride to the beach (recommend a stroller or wagon if you have littles as it's just far enough where you'll end of carrying them at the end - speaking from experience 🙃). The home was comfortable, clean and well maintained. We rented bikes right across the street which was very convenient. One thing to note if you have young kids - there is not a bathtub, just showers. We will be back!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was serene and peaceful with the lake setting. The unit was clean and thoughtfully decorated. I think this was one of my favorite units we’ve stayed in, and we’ve stayed in many. The only downside was it wasn’t the most accessible for the trails. We had to cross the very busy street which felt a little dangerous. We have booked with Jessica and plan to again for all of our SeaPines bookings.

We absolutely loved staying at Fairway Lane! Jessica is a fabulous host and was extremely responsive throughout our stay. The property is beautiful - extremely clean and the location was perfect! Loved Steven’s condo! Everything was super clean and well maintained. Condo was also very close to the restaurants and shops and just a short walk to the beach!

This home worked perfectly for a multi-generational vaction...seperate spaces for young adults...so much to do...the rental came with two bikes so it reduced the number we had to rent...the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals...plenty of linens, bonus we didnt need to pack beach towels...the rental is pet friendly with pet sheets available to protect furniture...lots of resturants to choose from, plus shops to brouse...the rental is a short bike ride to the beach...so much wildlife all aroud us.I really cant say enough great things about this rental...Its a must stat...Tonya from NH

All I can say is absolutely amazing. We traveled with a family of 15 and everyone had there own place to sleep with their individual families. Pool was fantastic, kids room amazing, theater room wonderful. Kitchen well stocked, 6 cars fit in the garage/driveway. Thank you again for a wonderful family vacation!!!

Great home! Extremely clean and has great amenities. The pool was warm and the outdoor area is nice. I would definitely rent this home for my next vacation

We had a fantastic stay at Sea Turtles Vacation Rental in this property. We were drawn by the amazing photos of the place and when we got there it was exactly as described, probably even better. The place was clean, there were tons of amenities including baby soap so we didn't have to worry or go make extra trips out to get stuff. We had 3 little ones with us and the place accommodated them very well with a high chair and cribs/pack and play that included sheets. It really seems like they thought of everything to make our stay great. The hosts were kind and very responsive. Someone from our party left something there after our stay and they immediately contacted me and arranged a way to get it. We would definitely return to this amazing property. The condo is a great place to stay. Very nice interior, comfortable beds, and a fully furnished kitchen were our favorite highlights. Kevin is super easy to work with, very efficient with directions and information!

We had a great time!! It was an easy walk to the beach and Mary having all the chairs and umbrella made our life easier by not having to pack those things ourself. It was very clean and renovated! Would stay here again!!

Would definitely stay here again! Everything was just as the pictures showed! We also cooked one night and we had everything we needed pots and pan wise! Very comfortable beds and my kids loved the bunkbeds! Had to communicate with Amanda and she was very responsive! I love staying at this resort this is my second year and it’s great with stuff to do for inside. We came during the hurricane and were still able to be at the pool and get there with no problems or getting rained on! Would definitely stay here again!!

The place was better than advertise. The grounds were safe, secure and well-manicured. The location of the condo couldn't have been aa a better location, with an absolutely stunning view from the bay window and the balcony patio. I short walk to the marina, gift shops and restaurants along the Harbour. The pool was amazing, it included a whirlpool and hot tub, and plenty of places to relax and soak in the sun. The entire condo is a very beautiful, comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for, including washer and dryer. This place is idea of a couple seeking an enchanting weekend getaway or extended retreat/ vacation. Egan is a great host, very responsive with clear communication. The Pearl is a truly a Gem.

The villa is beautiful and you can’t beat the location! It’s an easy walk/ bike to the beach club, harbour town, and the stables. The villa was exactly how described, very clean and perfect for our family and dog! Great vacation!

My wife and I had a great stay at Kevin's place. The location was very convenient and there was lots to do. Would definitely recommend this place going forward.

Loved the space! I was traveling for work and staying with a colleague, it was perfect because my husband and I could have the master and she was able to close off her bedroom and bathroom door and privatize her space. Worked great! Our pup had a recent knee surgery, so she loved the small patio area to walk around on her own, off leash. A perfect spot! Clean space, everything we could possibly need! Thank you!
