The 1,400 sq. foot space includes a fireplace, large windows, flat screen TV, full bath, kitchenette and a 700 sq. foot walk out deck to enjoy your morning coffee or to watch the sunset.

Just Beyond Utopia is a charming cottage located on a 12 acre wooded estate just three miles from the heart of downtown Asheville. The estate has gardens, forests, and a Swiss Family Robinson style tree-houses with a fire pit to relax and socialize with friends and family. The cottage has a queen bed, bathroom with a shower, full kitchen, and a ladder to climb to a cozy loft, perfect for younger family members with 2 twin beds. Nestled deep in the rhododendron covered woods, this romantic hand-crafted tiny home offers you a peaceful and memorable stay just 15 minutes from both Asheville and Black Mountain. Inside consists of 350 square feet of comfortable living space including a rain shower, king sized bed, cozy wood stove and a full kitchen. Surrounding the cabin is another 500 square feet of living space with a deck, outdoor soaking bathtub, and patio with a fire pit and propane grill.

We have all utilities and luxuries restored after hurricane Helene and look forward to hosting you! This is a pet friendly space in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. We do live on a hill and parking is on street but it is low traffic and a short walk to several restaurants and cafes.
