The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen for gourmet cooking and dining on the front porch.

"Rufus" is a private downtown Guest Studio located on the ground floor of Gabriel House, in the Downriver Historic District and listed on the National Register. The keyless entry opens directly into your studio. There is no "sharing" of space. It has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, coffee/sugar/cream, dishes, sink and complimentary wine. Situated very near the river, it's within a short walk of downtown restaurants, shops and music venues. It is a very comfortable and private space.

Completely renovated in 2017-2018, with fully stocked kitchen, dining area and comfy sleeper sofa for socializing or extra guest. Thunder Ridge at the Forest Retreat is an adults-only pet-friendly getaway. Children may come only during specific holidays. Your house will be unlocked. Check-in is a 3 p.m. Here you are surrounded by the Homochitto National Forest. Take a picnic to the sand-bars along the pristine spring-fed creek. Hike or mountain bike on the remote forest roads. My place is close to Okissa Lake, Clearsprings Recreational area, city of Natchez, and the Natchez Trace.. it is only 2 1/2 hours from New Orleans, or less than 2 hours from Baton Rouge. You’ll love our place because the property is located in the middle of the Homochitto National Forest. It is secluded and quiet. No plane, train, or automobile noise.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
