This yurt has 2 twin beds, a skylight looking up to the tree canopy, electricity, heater/fan, and shared restroom facilities. Experience the Alaska lifestyle in our cozy, ON-grid yurt. Nestled a short walk up on the hillside, you'll be serenaded by squirrels and watch the trees rustling overhead from your new firm memory foam bed. Far from "roughing it", this yurt has all the amenities: hot and cold running water, electricity, a full kitchen and a full size shower. While there is a composting toilet inside the yurt, if you'd like to stick to a "normal" toilet, there is also a shared restroom near the parking area.

Fiddlehead Yurts

We are not your average getaway. Hidden in the rainforest canopy, spend the afternoon grilling on the porch while watching the eagles fly to and from their nest above the yurt. When your ready to wind down listen to the owls hoot around the fire ring while watching the sunset from exit glacier. A labor of love as my first home, I hope you get a slice of the serenity that comes with unplugging in this magical spot. If you’re lucky you’ll wake up to a moose or two in the pond.
