Vacation rentals with a pool in Beach of Durrës

Had a great stay, no complaints definitely recommend.

I recently stayed at this beautiful villa near Durres and had an amazing experience. The location is perfect: quiet, yet close to the sea and the city center.

One of the best Airbnb’s we have ever been. Place was even more beautiful then on the pictures. Pool was amazing and beach just 100 meters walk was great. Elio was very friendly and communication was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

Had a great time. Wonderful private villa, with pool, gym and sauna. Danny’s parents were there to greet us and show us round. Lots of space, inside and out, with easy access to the beach too. Everything well looked after and clean. Would recommend.

I highly recommend Halil's place. it is spacious, air-conditioned, beautiful, quiet and close to vibrant city center and beach. great to explore Tinana, Kruje and Durres. Halil and his wife are great hosts. Again great experience and I highly recommend ommend

Apartament was very close to the sea and local shops and restaurants, which was biggest advantage for our familiy. Endri is incredable host - he answers right away for all questions and is a great local guide. All instructions were clear with pictures attached. Thanks to him we felt like home :)

It was very difficult to find the flat. Thanks to Elda's support, it worked out. It is a flat in the former "Royal Park Hotel" directly on the beach.

We were greeted by Ferid’s mum, a lovely lady that was very helpful despite language barrier as she spoke more Italian than English, nevertheless we understood each other. Location is right in front of the sea and very central, easy to get to, lots of shops and restaurants around. The apartment is beautiful with a more gorgeous view! The terrace is very private and perfect to relax and cool down in the pool, however would not recommend to younger children as the ledge was quite low and can easily become a falling hazard. The apartment was clean, well stocked and there is a half functioning ac in the living room as well as two fans for the bedrooms, the laundry room was very helpful too to wash and iron clothes. I would recommend this place to a family with older kids and others. There is an elevator and the plus side it’s one of the only places with a terrace pool and a lovely interior, a real bargain!

We stayed in mid-May and there was a lot of construction work nearby (because of the hotels), but it was still very quiet – at night, we only heard the relaxing sound of the sea. The view is stunning and even more beautiful than in the photos. We loved going for a quick swim in the mornings and evenings (mid-May sometimes a bit cold). The area is becoming more touristy, with private beaches and many new hotels, but the Airbnb is centrally located, making it easy to reach Tirana, Bovilla Lake, Shkopet Bridge, Berat, and more. The apartment was clean and freshly prepared, with tidy floors and fresh towels. While the standard may differ slightly from German perfectionism, we felt very comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent – always friendly, helpful, and easy to reach! He gave great tips and answered all our questions patiently. We contacted him often and always had positive experiences. If we return and want to stay right by the sea again, we would gladly come back. :)

The apartment is exactly as in the pictures. It is perfect for a couple. All amenities were included and the location is ideal. Only 5 minutes walk to the promenade and restaurants. The apartment is part of Bonita Luxury Hotel complex. Notice that by the time of the writing of this review, they described themselves as a Spa, but those facilities are not in that building. There is another Bonita Hotel complex 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes walk (Via Durres) that has the Gym, Sauna and Massage services. Bonita Luxury Hotel where this apartment is located has Swimming pools and an aqua park that you can access. They never asked us to pay extra for the swimming pool amenities. Elird was a super host. We were very great full when he help us to find our way in. He came to pick us up personally and guide us to apartment. We definitely recommend this property and hope to come back again. We were very pleased! From landing in Tirana to departure! The hosts are very reliable, courteous and kind! The place is very clean and absolutely as described! It has everything you need in the immediate vicinity! All in all we had a very pleasant and relaxing holiday in this apartment! We were very pleased and can only recommend these hosts!

Eduart is a very good host. Our flight was delayed and we arrived after midnight, yet he showed up and helped us settle in. The appartment is lovely, clean and spacious, a very nice place to stay. The pool and beach are very close. All in all I would definately recommend this for a family looking for a nice place to spend a good vacation.

We had a great time in Ariana’s place. We loved the sea with parasol and chairs on the beach included. The shared swimming pool was huge and with a lot of shadow. We could park the car inside the guarded Marea Resort, how handy and safe. Very relaxing atmosphere.
