David and Lavonda were top tier hosts. Hands down the greatest AB&B experience. We were having a family medical emergency trip from Houston to Brownsville we booked our stay for one month and our hosts helped make us feel right at home and were very understanding of our situation. We had an incredible experience at Alex's place! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable—it felt like a true home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy linens and beach toys for our kiddos. The location couldn't be better—just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made our mornings trek to the beach effortless. We loved being so close to the gulf while still having a quiet, peaceful place to return to. Communication with the host was exceptional. They were quick to respond, super helpful, and provided clear instructions for check-in and local tips that really enhanced our stay. The only reason I wouldn't recommend is so it is available the next time we want to come back. (hahaha) Honestly, we can’t recommend this place enough and will absolutely return in a heartbeat.

Perfect place to stay while on temporary work assignment. Had previously stayed in hotel rooms but this was such a treat and felt just like home. Super comfortable and safe location. Easy commute to work was a big plus! Host was very easy to communicate with and response time was super quick! Would love to stay here again if and when I return to the area.

My family and I had a great stay over Father's Day weekend. The place is on the first floor so it was easy for us to walk right outside and down to the beach. Gorgeous sunrises every morning! Weekend summer fireworks are easily seen from the property. We would recommend and will definitely be back.

The location was very conveniently located for us. Everything was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. Maria was responsive when messaged. There were some small toiletries that were included that were very convenient like make-up cleaning wipes, a toothbrush and cotton swabs. Extra blankets were provided in each room and even coffee/tea in the kitchen. Very thoughtful and will definitely book this place if available for our next visit to town!

I’ve stayed at many an Airbnb - Robert was a great host - Quick to answer questions or problem solve and ever gracious. It was close to downtown restaurants, parks, SpaceX, SPI. There were quite a few of the homeless in the neighborhood, but they were harmless and there was a good police presence in the area. Next time I’m in Brownsville, I’ll be sure to check in with Robert first.

Albert’s place was super clean and we felt right at home. Everything we needed was close by and Albert was quick to respond and friendly.

Teresa was wonderful, and the condo is in a great location. We enjoyed a peaceful stay without any interruptions, can’t complain.

Great place to stay! Very close to everything. The best shower I have ever had. Water pressure was amazing after a long day on the beach. Would recommend Monica’s apartment and definitely would stay again.

100% recommend the place is beautiful, it’s so convenient the pool right in front of the condo and the walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes. Everything so clean and she provides all the necessities as included, every little detail and the smallest thing you would forget to take she has it!🤩 definitely this will be the place I would stay everytime I go from now on.

I had an amazing experience staying at this condo! From the moment I walked in, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described (if not better). The space felt cozy yet spacious, and it had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable, and I really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and thoughtful little touches throughout the place. The location was also perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. Whether I was relaxing inside or exploring the area, I felt completely at home. Communication with the host was smooth and easy too. I truly loved my stay here and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at SPI! The home was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and especially loved the private beach access. Check-in was seamless, and communication with the host was quick and easy. They were friendly and helpful, offering great local recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The amenities were a nice touch; the condominium has a great pool, basketball court, playroom and more. It really felt like a home away from home. Would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in the area. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!
