Enjoyed our stay here! Rafael was very helpful with any questions we had. The space was very comfortable and nicely set up. Quiet neighborhood and not too far from the border for those planning to visit Mexico. We did have some initial trouble figuring out how to adjust the thermostat, but eventually figured it out otherwise no issues. We would definitely consider booking again!

This was such a cute lil beach house! Me and my friends had such a good time here and it was the perfect size. Def recommend if your going to south padre and want something cute, tiny, not breaking the bank, and close to all the fun🍉🦀💛

We had an amazing stay at David’s place. The listing was exactly as described. Very clean and spacious. The location was ideal for the events we needed to be at. Very close to many Great restaurants and shopping. Great deal!! Would stay here again 10/10!

The location was very conveniently located for us. Everything was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. Maria was responsive when messaged. There were some small toiletries that were included that were very convenient like make-up cleaning wipes, a toothbrush and cotton swabs. Extra blankets were provided in each room and even coffee/tea in the kitchen. Very thoughtful and will definitely book this place if available for our next visit to town!

I’ve stayed at many an Airbnb - Robert was a great host - Quick to answer questions or problem solve and ever gracious. It was close to downtown restaurants, parks, SpaceX, SPI. There were quite a few of the homeless in the neighborhood, but they were harmless and there was a good police presence in the area. Next time I’m in Brownsville, I’ll be sure to check in with Robert first.

My family and I had a great stay over Father's Day weekend. The place is on the first floor so it was easy for us to walk right outside and down to the beach. Gorgeous sunrises every morning! Weekend summer fireworks are easily seen from the property. We would recommend and will definitely be back.

Licia was an amazing host! She was extremely responsive and very helpful with all of my questions. I've stayed at the Sapphire before, but my family and I truly loved her place. It was extremely clean, had a fantastic view and was comfortable. I would highly recommend Licia and her condo for anyone looking to visit South Padre Island!

Perfect place to stay while on temporary work assignment. Had previously stayed in hotel rooms but this was such a treat and felt just like home. Super comfortable and safe location. Easy commute to work was a big plus! Host was very easy to communicate with and response time was super quick! Would love to stay here again if and when I return to the area.

We had an amazing experience staying at this condo! The instructions were super clear, but what truly stood out was how immaculately clean everything was. It honestly felt like we were the first guests to ever stay there. Major props to the owner and the cleaning team for the level of care and attention! The attention to detail was impressive; for instance, the kitchen was spotless, and even the sponge was brand new! We had nearly everything we needed to cook and bake, and the provided coffee grounds were a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. We came prepared, but the condo had us covered beyond expectations. We've never used but there were even beach essentials like chairs and a volleyball. Without a doubt, the condo was the best part of our South Padre trip. While we weren’t too impressed with some of the overpriced restaurants in the area, if we ever return to South Padre, we’ll definitely be booking this same condo again. Thank you for everything!

Amazing place to stay! Loved the entire condo and location. The only things I would say were not good was the check in paper not having which elevator to use and I’m guessing the fridge was off or really low before we checked in and it took almost 24 hours for us to see our stuff getting cold. Loved the gym and pool! Hosts were amazing and quick to respond to any questions I had. Will definitely be staying here again!

I highly recommend Monica's condo if you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation. She is a great host and responds to quickly to questions. My husband and I traveled to SPI for a quick getaway. The first thing we noticed when walking into the condo is that it was spacious with a beautiful view of the gulf. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It is a corner unit with a large balcony where we enjoyed spending our evenings listening to the waves and one evening watching fireworks. Some of the previous reviews mentioned that the elevators were slow. I only noticed this during check-in because multiple people were checking in at the same time. Other than this we didn't wait long. The condo is located next to stairs which was also a convenient option. To sum things up, we had a great time and would love to stay at Monica's condo the next time we return to SPI!

We had a wonderful stay at Sylvia and Rey’s condo. It is very spacious, clean, and well-equipped for cooking — the kitchen had everything we needed: pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, even paper and cloth towels. The AC worked great, and there was a washer and dryer available for use. There was also a small clothes drying rack, which came in handy. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom with a shower and sink, which was super convenient. The condo has two balconies — one facing the ocean and the other facing the bay. In the storage closet, we also found a few beach toys, including a couple of boogie boards. Sylvia and Rey were amazing hosts — very responsive and helpful. One thing worth mentioning (which has nothing to do with the condo) is that during our visit, there was quite a bit of tar on the beach sand. To clean it off your feet, shoes, and beach cart wheels, I’d recommend bringing special wipes or oil-based cleaner. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.
