House in the city center. It is in one of the oldest settlements of Izmir. There are many historical buildings and museums in the surrounding area. It is adjacent to the Ethnography Museum, Children's Toy Museum, Agora Ancient City, Historical Kemeraltı Bazaar and Clock Tower. All public transport and the beach are within 5 min walking distance. It is within the boundaries of restoration. For this reason, it is quiet and calm in the evenings. Free park for cars, closed garage for motorcycles.

Smart tv with netflix, youtube, etc. Very Easy access to Konak center and Kemeraltı Old Bazaar 10 minutes walking away to Konak city center Main downtown Alsancak is 5 minutes away by car and 25 minutes on walking. 5 minutes walking distance to Konak city center, Archeology Museum, transportation center, and Kemeraltı old bazaar.

Modern, Central and Peaceful

Located in the most decent neighborhood of Konak, two minutes' walk to the sea and tram stop, three stops to Konak Center and Fahrettin Altay, with a walking park behind it, it is a luxury apartment where the building and all the furniture are brand new. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is an elevator. Everything needed for long-term stays is available in the apartment. It is an apartment where you will feel special, peaceful and positive.
