A beautiful apartment in a very good location in the heart of Bayonne while being quiet. Very functional and very clean. We recommend this apartment without a second thought.

We particularly enjoyed our stay at this place. This one is very well located, not far from the ocean and at the entrance to the Basque Country. Communication with the host is excellent. The apartment is large and fully equipped. It makes you wonder how Laurent can offer such a quality of service for an unbeatable price. Here are some negative but constructive points to improve the accommodation: The terrace is located in the garden of a house. Although it is surrounded by vegetation, it deserves more isolation (small wooden walls, barriers, etc.) to create more privacy. In addition, the cleanliness of the accommodation is correct. However, it could be improved (fridge, cupboards, etc.). Despite these few weaknesses, I have not yet seen any accommodation with such a good value for money.

Welcoming and responsive host. New and modern apartment, comfortable, well appointed and well equipped. The bedding in particular is excellent. The pool is good sized and nice when it's hot. Ideal location of the apartment: ocean and beaches within walking distance. Nice shops, bars and restaurants 5 min drive. Thank you for everything Vanessa 👌

We had a great few days at Olivier’s apartment. He and Alexis were very helpful and gave us lots of good information and answered my queries very promptly. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard .The views of the beach and forest are amazing,it’s a very peaceful space to relax.

The location is fantastic, and the place was exactly as described—beautifully finished, well-equipped, and perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable stay with family. We had a lovely time at Stephane's home. We were with friends, the place and simply splendid is as described by the host. Stéphan was very accommodating with us, allowing us to leave much later than offering them for check out. A real plus for us to finish the fridge and enjoy one last sunny morning. Sandrine's apartment is great. Everything is nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort. The bed is wonderful, the shower spacious and the kitchen extensively furnished. The area around the apartment is blissfully quiet; the swimming pool is nice and you are in Bayonne in no time and in San Sebastián in 45 minutes. You can also enjoy cycling or hiking in the area and Sandrine gives nice tips for outings.

We had a great time at Jean’s house. The place is spacious and very beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the swimming pool was very clean. The garden is well kept, with lots of beautiful plants, trees, and shrubs. Highly recommended!

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths… everything is within easy reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — it feels like home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to ensure that everything went smoothly. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

Sandra was a fantastic host greeting us by producing lovely meat, cheese, wine and beer in the bar area. She was contactable throughout our stay and has been helpful sorting out something for me since we left. The property is amazing with 5 bedrooms and several bathrooms/WCs. We used the pool and hot tub every day along with the games room containing a pool table and bar with a fridge and dishwasher. The rear garden is huge and the is a petanque court and table tennis table. There is generous outside space to eat (there were 9 of us) helped by a good sized gas bbq. The kitchen has loads of space with many of the cupboards full of items to be used. The nearest supermarkets (Intermarche & Carrefour) are both a few minutes drive with Carrefour offering low costs fuel. It is a relatively short drive to Bayonne which is a lovely town astride a river with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops with pretty good car parks available. Overall a lovely villa with a fantastic host.

very clean home the amenities are recent very peaceful cul-de-sac there is a door to the bathroom! much more convenient easy to find, parking for the perfect vehicle air conditioning/fan are essential in the listing where it's hot A trip that went perfectly well.

Very nice apartment not overlooked and beautiful terrace. Very clean and functional interior. Good exchanges with Anne-Cécile. Private parking in the basement very convenient because outdoor visitor parking is taken all the time. Garbage room available. Small downside, a little noisy from 6:30 am in the morning if we sleep with the windows open but once closed.... no more noise.

Joel's apartment is located in a quiet residence with parking. It is a comfortable and well-equipped apartment. Ideal location: close to beaches, restaurants, shops and market halls.
