It has spectacular uninterrupted views overlooking the bay and iconic Eaval Hill. Less than half a mile walk away is the bustling fishing harbour at Kallin where you will also find a seafood café serving delicious crab, lobster and scallop freshly caught by the local fishing boats.A short distance further along the road there is a seafood shop, a community café.

Situated in a beautiful shoreside location on the Island of Grimsay, with spectacular views from all rooms, a quiet and comfortable base from which to explore the Uists. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 on the first floor and a twin room on the ground floor. The well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven/hob/grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, food processor. The utility room has a washer/dryer. The upstairs bathroom has a bath and separate shower cubicle. There is also a toilet downstairs.

Otternish Pods, North Uist

Newly installed in 2021, the Cabin (often called a Storm Pod) is a self-contained luxury haven. Perched beside a small fresh-water loch and overlooking Loch Boisdale. It has a ¾ double bed, single bed and a fold-down bunk. Cooking facilities and a separate shower with WC. Outside there's a fenced courtyard with great Hebridean views for your enjoyment. Although there is sleeping for 4 available, the accommodation is more suited to couples or single occupancy.
