There is room in the bedroom for a queen airbed if you are a couple and bringing a kid or two and don't mind the squeeze, but otherwise this is ideal for a couple. The beach features cool rock formations, a fresh water tidal creek ideal for kids to play in, a long gentle surf break for wading. A new recliner couch as well. The shower is very small but there is a rain shower head. 350 square feet. Small and comfy. You will walk by the big house and their hot tub.
