St Caprais de Bordeaux is a village that has all amenities (Carrefour, bakery, pharmacy, doctor's office).

The property includes a small theater and performances take place on Friday nights, Saturday nights or Sunday afternoons. Located in the village center, the Ermitage cottage welcomes you to a lush, green setting where peace and quiet reign. The accommodation is situated in a former wine cellar attached to our home. It has a separate entrance. There is a bakery, a bar and tobacco shop, a pharmacy, a florist, a restaurant, a deli, a pizzeria, and a supermarket. Relaxation: the banks of the Garonne for a sunset / hiking trails for beautiful walks on the hillsides of the Entre-Deux-Mers region.

The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

This house is in our property 15 km from the center of Bordeaux, in the heart of the vineyards. It is a very quiet place, not overlooked but yet close to the city and traffic routes. Several guests have told us that the place is a very good base for visiting the area. The house rented (where our children used to live) was completely renovated as of 2017. It is equipped with all modern comforts.
