In the Philosophenweg in Kassel, quietly located and yet very central, just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Karlsaue. The apartment has a large living room with dining area. Three cozy bedrooms. A corner bathtub with rain shower, a fireplace and a small terrace are available for our guests. Well suited for families and nice meetings with friends.

You are in a historic fire station right on the creek. You can sleep in the former hose tower in a 1.60 m wide box spring bed. This sleeping area is separated from the living room by free beams. You can book an additional bedroom. The photos are included. Among other things, there is a 1.80-meter-wide double bed. One floor down, on the first floor, is the bathroom with window, shower, natural stone sink and toilet. There is also a fully equipped kitchen.

Very cozy attic apartment almost directly on the forest, but only 15 minutes by car from the Documentary City of Kassel. A day trip to the Unesco World Heritage Site Wilhelmshöhe Mountain Park including Hercules is worthwhile. Great hiking trails (e.g. Habichtswaldsteig). Rewe, Aldi, pharmacy and ATM in the village. Swimming pool and cinema 10 minutes away by car.

Due to the size, layout and amenities, we only offer this apartment to 1-2 people! On request, if necessary, max. 4 people! But there is no closed bedroom! We are a young family and offer you a lovingly furnished apartment in the district of Kassel – designed according to the motto "As for myself". The apartment includes a 20 m², partially covered terrace and a garden. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired: from spices and board games to washing machines, fly screens and care products. Quietly located, the Documenta city of Kassel is about 15 minutes away.

Welcome to our light-flooded guest apartment with its own large south-facing terrace. Conveniently located, right across from the nature reserve with beautiful hiking trails and at the same time with very good connections to Wilhelmshöhe train station.
