My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

We stayed with Margot and Knut for a weekend. We were warmly welcomed, received a wine bottle as a guest gift and many useful tips about the surroundings. Breakfasts and dinners on the terrace overlooking the forest and bird chirping are wonderful, Margot's garden is a small oasis, and the bathing lake is within walking distance. We'll be back!

The ceiling was high, and it was more spacious and comfortable than the photos.There are a lot of great restaurants, supermarkets and shops around, so you can enjoy yourself.I was worried about self check-in, but they explained it in detail, so I was able to enter the room easily.I want to use it again.

I had a peaceful and restful weekend. Isabela and Thomas are very kind people. They provided me with everything for a comfortable stay. The space was tidy and welcoming. Atelier has a separate bathroom and bedroom furnished with beautiful handmade furniture. It has a bright spacious zone with a kitchen, cozy lounge area, and a lovely view of the garden and terrace. Thomas helped me to start the fire at the barbeque, so I could have my fully country life experience. I feel grateful for the hospitality. Just around the corner of the house is a natural park. I spent many hours exploring it. I didn't expect, that the atelier was situated in such a nice area. Wild abundant nature, fresh air, and bird’s sounds. These days refilled me from a busy city life and gave a mental relief. I would love to come back🤍

A really very nice, well-kept and lovingly furnished accommodation. Check-in was smooth via the key box, the complex is very modern, quietly located directly on the lake. We had a fantastic stay at Heinke’s tiny home! While we were studying abroad in Barcelona, we spent two lovely nights in Berlin, and I’m so glad we chose Heinke’s place. It was very affordable for us and nice to be outside the hustle and bustle of the city. The home is adorable and you can tell that it was put together with love. We knew it was far outside the city when we booked, but public transit got us there in around 2 hours, just be mindful of when the busses leave from the stop (Google Maps has the info)! Though we didn’t get to meet Heinke during our stay, we got to meet her parter Irvine, and he was so helpful showing us all around the property and giving us recommendations for shopping and the lake nearby! If we ever happen to be in Berlin again, we will certainly stay here! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Arne was a fantastic host, very understanding; there was mishap with the keys, my fault, which caused a little chaos and he was very relaxed about it, which was a relief. Besides that, the flat is really nice, very well thought through, it felt like a very personnal space yet cosy for a visiting guest. The cats are gorgeous and very sweet..!
