Welcome to this bright cottage surrounded by nature, equipped with every comfort. It is located in a wooded valley leading down to Lake Sainte-Croix, 2 km (1.2 miles) away, and 4 km (2.5 miles) from the village of Bauduen. It is well oriented and enjoys sunlight all day, with a golden glow at sunset in the evening. It is a peaceful place, even though you can hear the muffled noise of road traffic. Not overlooked, the accommodation and the terrace offer a private space away from the rest of the property.

You’ll enjoy the fresh air and peaceful atmosphere of this small village, just 50 meters from the beach and close to outdoor activities and local amenities: restaurants, grocery store, bakery. The house is located in the lower part of the village on a pedestrian street, with car access possible.

Beautiful New house of 135 m² located in Bauduen (83630), based on 3000 m² field, really close to "Les gorges du Verdon". Splendid view over the lake and Bauduen Village. The village is only located at 1.5 km from the house. House (fully furnished) composition : 4 rooms with double bed, huge living room open on a modern kitchen full equipped, 2 terrasse, 1 bathroom. Big table and great sofa to chill and enjoy good meal : French food are one of the best as you might know :) !

A spacious terrace features a railing with views of a vibrant blue lake and surrounding greenery. Beyond the terrace, a barbecue area is visible, providing an inviting setting for outdoor cooking. The sky is clear with a few clouds, enhancing the serene atmosphere.
