Panorama Wide Sea View

The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

An inviting studio space features large panoramic windows, offering views of the sea, mountains, and city. A cozy dining table is set for two, and a freestanding bathtub is positioned beside lush greenery. Natural light enhances the warm tones of the decor.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Batumi! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay — from kitchen essentials to toiletries. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to both the beach and the charming old town. Maia is a great host — very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. It's perfect for anyone looking to enjoy Batumi’s main attractions while having a quiet, cozy place to relax. Highly recommended! She welcomed us with delicious baklava and a bottle of homemade Georgian wine, produced by her brother — a warm and thoughtful gesture that made us feel right at home.

Best place to stay at in Batumi, Elena is very helpful and nice. Definitely not my last time.

I had a lovely stay at Marta’s place. She was very friendly and always quick to reply, which made everything really easy. The flat itself was cosy, clean, and felt very welcoming. The location is great too, just a short walk to the beach and lots of nice spots to explore. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The flat was fantastic, equipped with everything we needed for a great vacation. It felt like a home away from home with its cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the sea and all the popular restaurants. Hosts David and Nino were incredibly responsive and wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend this flat. With only one week for our vacation, this amazing accommodation was definitely the highlight of our trip.
