Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Batumi Bay

Edo was an excellent host and the house was very clean, well kept, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone else and know that Edo will do what he can to take care of you. In addition, there were plenty of dishes for our large family, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, an expresso machine with the capsules, and two dishwashers.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with a large and well-maintained territory. Location is close to Batumi, you can reach the city by car within 15 minutes. The hosts, Nino and Shota, were incredibly kind and responsive, quickly solving any questions we had with great empathy and care. And the nicest Grandpa Simon regularly brought us his homemade chacha and wine:) Overall, a fantastic place with wonderful people — we would love to come back!

Inga and Beso were very nice and kind hosts. If you want to have a wonderful memory from Georgia, where you can cook in the summer kitchen, eat and relax with friends and family under the beautiful fruit trees, in an uncrowded spot of the green hills of Gonio and the Black Sea, you are definitely reading the right review. We strongly recommend it to everyone.

Wir hatten das Glück, einen ganzen Monat in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft verbringen zu dürfen – und wir hätten es nicht besser treffen können! Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben stets schnell und freundlich auf Nachrichten reagiert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit: Die Wohnung war sehr, sehr, sehr sauber – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet, mit mehr als genug Kochutensilien – perfekt für längere Aufenthalte. Alle Elektrogeräte funktionierten einwandfrei, was den Alltag enorm erleichtert hat. Auch die Lage war ein echtes Highlight: mitten in der Stadt, zentraler geht es kaum! Alles war fußläufig erreichbar – Cafés, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Insgesamt eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

The owner lives right next to the house, so everything is easily accessible and communication is always smooth. The house is clean, cozy, and has everything you might need. There are also two dogs on the property — they completely won my husband’s heart! Overall, it’s a little oasis where you feel detached from the city hustle and embraced by nature. One day during our stay, we were even treated to a homemade pie! Everything here feels very warm and family-like. We definitely recommend it :)

Das Apartment war einfach super – schön eingerichtet, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die Gegend ist total ruhig, perfekt zum Abschalten. Und trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto ruckzuck im Zentrum. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit frisch zubereitetem türkischen Kaffee und einem köstlichen Eiskaffee begrüßt – ein wunderschöner Start! Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts haben sie sich sehr bemüht, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Wenn es mehr als 5 Sterne geben würde, hätten sie diese absolut verdient! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A stunning place with an amazing view within walking distance from the sea, with quiet neighbors, a delicious restaurant nearby, comfortable living conditions! Tamaz, a very nice owner, respects the personal boundaries of the tenants, shares grapes. It was very nice and caring!

I had an amazing two-month stay at this Airbnb! The pictures match reality. The building’s location is just steps from the beach and a short walk to the Grand Mall, with everything you need close by. The balcony offered a stunning view of the sea. The host was always friendly and responsive. We left the apartment as spotless as we found it for the next tenants and can’t wait to return someday. I highly recommend this place!

Clean and beautiful room with a great view. I recommend all tourists to rent it. The owner is very kind and understanding. He refunds travelers' money if they change their flight. For me, this is the most beautiful apartment I've seen in Batumi.

Остались очень довольны поездкой и жильем! Отличная локация, удобное расположение - близко к пляжу и ко всем центральным местам города. Само здание очень солидное и приятное. В апартаментах было чисто, все необходимое тоже было, кондиционер работал) В общем, нареканий никаких не было, отдых прошел отлично! Спасибо большое)

Fajne, duże, jasne i wygodne, dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie w zabytkowej kamienicy w centralnym miejscu Batumi. Bezpłatne miejsca parkingowe w pobliżu.

A super nice place to stay in Batumi. Ilya is very responsive and always quick to help if you have any questions. The apartment has everything you need for the first time of your trip, it’s clean and bright. The location is very convenient. Nothing to add, it’s a really good place to stay and the price is affordable. One small downside to mention: the stadium is very close, so if there’s a football match and you’re used to sleeping in complete silence, it can get a bit loud. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Cozy flat for pair of people. There are many restaurants, markets and fruits-vegetables shops nearby. The host who answers fastly and precisely. Power water pressure and comfortable temperature of water in the big clean bathroom (it is so important for Batumi). Several towels, big and cozy bed, microwave, air conditioner, teapot — we don't need anything more. Highly recommend!

Beka's place was exactly as described. Excellent location, right next to the park entrance, very close to the sea, and within walkable distance to all major attractions. Also, accessible by bus, if needed. Beka was very responsive to all questions and requests. Allowed us to check in a little early and leave the luggage after checking out. Instructions on how to get in and out were clear. The place is clean and nicely decorated. The balcony is large and enjoyable. The kitchen has everything you may need for cooking. The place has a washing machine, a large enough fridge, microwave, stovetop, coffee machine and kettle. Would enjoyed our stay and will be glad to visit the place again.

Great place! It's central to easily reach any place in Batumi. It's apparently bigger than it seems in description. As a family of 4 we felt very comfortable. Absolutely great owner, who is very friendly and helpful. There was a change of keys in the building. All other neighbours couldn't get in the building, while we were one of the few who already got new keys. We asked for late checkout and owner was happy to help. All in all - great experience.

We had a wonderful stay — everything was just right. The flat is spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The location is perfect! The host was friendly, responsive, and attentive throughout. We really liked it and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

I loved the flat. Beautiful view from the 32nd floor. I arrived in October and it was not too busy. The flat is very well organized, no clutter, comfy bed with excellent mattrass, good bathroom with washing machine and it was quiet at night. You can still hear the music and fireworks at night but the windows and door insulate most of the noise from outside. Check-in was very easy. Staff spoke decent English, which was helpful. There are also some decent shops nearby. Across the street there are two small supermarkets a bigger supermarket is 5 minutes away and it is only a short walk from the 24 hour Aroma Cafe on the beach. Communication was good. Excellent value for money. I liked everything. I would love to go back one day.

Tornike's apartment is practically a chalet in the city. It is a perfect crib for a group of friends to hang out. There are two terraces with view on the mountains, one of which has a grill. In addition, on the second floor there's a pretty decent projector--perfect for watching football! Communication with the host was fanstatic. Location is not central, but walkable to the main attractions of Batumi. The only negative aspect is the appearance of the building: it can be offputting, but once you are in the apartment, it is like an oasis.
