Really enjoyed this house for bachelorette trip. We were close to town and it was a peaceful and clean environment. They did state that some TV services were complimentary though they did not have logins for those services, therefore they were not what I would call “complimentary” as you still need to use your own profile for them. Also was under the impression we’d be a bit closer to the water but it was a 1/2 mile walk. The virtual instructions for the walking path were really helpful! The hot tub was really great and clear instructions for use were provided. The owners are very kind and respond quickly via the chat feature. Would recommend this place for a large party for sure!

Very nice house on a beautiful lake Odessa. Look exactly like the pictures. Very peaceful place. Kids love it by the water and was able to fish all day. Would definitely consider going back.

The cottage was beautiful, and though there was a little bit of miscommunication, Tim and Kate went above and beyond to come up with a solution for us! We would definitely consider staying again when it's warmer out!

The cabin was very clean, had everything we needed for a short stay, and has excellent views of a pristine marsh – with fewer bugs than I expected! My partner and I woke up to the sounds of countless birds and fell asleep to frogs and toads every night. It was a dream come true.

Such a peaceful, relaxing, comfy home with a hottub to enjoy during chilly nights. I slept like a baby in the bed due to the mattress being so comfortable.

We had a wonderful experience at 511! All we needed, all was clean, all as photographed & anticipated. Easy check-in-out process. Immaculate hot tub & landscaping. We plan to come back!!! Thank you Ethan Huge boost was ability to bring my service dog & also our family dog - no prior pet odors & these companions seemed to settle right in. We used office off main bedroom to place our dog crates and used our own travel radio to create calming sounds for them, and shut door to bedroom so any chance of their barking while we were out to dinner or a Sand Dune ride, and surely the neighbors wouldn’t hear or mind (we tested this and it proved a perfect plan)… so we recommend this to others… or use the main bedroom for dog crates because it’s quite spacious. Neighbors kept to selves but as we had stayed on street previously we did chat briefly with neighbor who said not everyone seems as conscientious about their pets or the keep quiet rules… folks in Saugatuck-Douglas YOU MUST FOLLOW these 10

The place was amazing. Plenty of space for my girlfriend, me and our two dogs. Kimberly gave lots of great recommendations and went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Thank you again!!

The place is GORGEOUS. Extremely spacious & as a reader I really dug the window reading nook. We got to see some super cool moths when we arrived & their little eggs. The place had a nice outside seating area which was where we ate most meals & had our morning coffee. It was extremely serene.

Great family home with plenty of rooms, beds, linens - especially for a blended family! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, feel at home and be comfortable. The whole place was very clean and in a very nice neighborhood/ subdivision. The decor was tasteful and all the games and activities they provided allowed us to chill at the house and enjoy our time together. We will definitely be back :)

This is our 3rd year in a row to come for an extended Labor Day weekend and bring our kids and/or grandkids. We love the setting. The pool is perfect for the younger kids and the adults appreciate the beauty of all the surroundings, including at poolside. If we could change anything at all we would add another bedroom as we can't quite get all of our extended family here at one time. That said, we would like to return for a 4th year at Labor Day weekend time next year. The combination of beauty, privacy, amenities, condition (always in great shape!), and proximity to lovely South Haven can hardly be beat!

One of the best Air BnBs I’ve rented! Place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We had kids of all ages and there were a lot of games indoor and outdoor for all of them plus the adults too! The bounce house, pool, and hot tub were used all weekend by everyone and the deck is perfect for hanging out. Drove out to Silver Lake and took some rides around the sand dunes, which was an easy 1 1/2 hr drive from the house. We even used the pizza oven and it was fantastic. The cherry on top was that the day of checkout we didn’t have to strip the beds, start the laundry, sweep/vacuum, and other things Air BnBs usually want done when you’re also paying a hefty cleaning fee!! This place was worth every penny and would not hesitate to book here again.

I’ve rented a number of places in this area and Riverdance was very special! The home was clean and well appointed with all you need. Location awesome - everything we like to do (downtown Douglas, downtown Saugatuck, Oval Beach and hiking trails) was 10 mins or less alway. Kitchen well appointed. The star was the pool and we enjoyed it so much! A pool with no fencing between the pool and the river - that is rare and GOLD! Todd was great to deal with and very responsive. Great property, great stay!

I had such a wonderful stay at this place! It was a perfect location - close to MSU and shopping, it had a gorgeous yard and artwork, and it was SO CLEAN. Communication was great, and it was nice to briefly meet the owner and the dogs. :) As the description states, it is a basement so you will hear the family moving about upstairs. That said, it was not bothersome for me, the space is very private, and I was able to relax and get work done during times I was not visiting campus. This is one of the nicest airbnb homes I've stayed in, and I would absolutely return. Thank you!

Justin’s place was more than what I could of asked for it was beautiful! We felt very at home and comfortable. He made our stay very easy by having dishes, pots, pans, firewood, games etc. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to visit again when the warmer weather is here. We had a blast a birthday to remember forsure. Thanks Justin for allowing us into your beautiful home.

We were in town for a graduation at Hillsdale College (about 25 minutes away). This house was just the right size for 3 adults and 3 teenagers. It was very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped (I'm always grateful for a real coffee maker and a toaster!). There was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, etc. The gas grill had a full propane tank. The deck and yard were terrific. We spent as much time as we could out on the deck or the dock or in the yard hammock. The kids enjoyed playing in the sand and water. We also used the kayaks. We didn't have small kids with us, but the house had lots of toys inside and out. It's obvious that the family who own this are here frequently, which makes a difference. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Would absolutely come back again. Thanks for sharing your special place, Michelle!

This place was just what we needed. We moved across the country and needed somewhere to stay while our new home was being repaired. It had everything we needed and more. At first I was bummed it wasn’t fenced in, but then I realized the property was so huge and private that I was able to let me dogs out to use the bathroom (supervised of course) off leash. They loved it and so did I. We plan to make a trip out this summer to because we think it’ll be even more beautiful in the summer.

Before I rate the place I’d like to thank Jim for being so accommodating for us due to a family situation that came up. He worked with us to find a workable solution . Now, the place—awesome! The four bedrooms were big enough for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms were updated and pristine. The house had every amenity needed for a great weekend on the water. The lake is large and beautiful and it was great to have access to rent the pontoon. Our only complaint was we only managed to catch three fish all weekend :D Awesome cabin, great stay, amazing host. Thanks, Jim for letting us use the place.

Dawn was an exceptional host! She was communicated well and no detail was left out of her communication. The space was nice and the lake was very nice to look over on the spacious back patio. The weather was very cold which limited any outdoor activities other than a quick bon fire! We would like to return someday with nicer weather so we can enjoy the lake more! I recommend Kickin Kountry for some great food and the Bent Prop was a very nice place to get a drink with a great view of that lake. Thanks again Dawn! We'll see you down the road!

We had a wonderful time in the Wonderland in Albion! Everything was just as described. The attention to detail in the decor was so fun! We met a neighbor there who was very friendly and said that the owners are wonderful people. The fishing was outstanding! My husband was over the moon with the fishing. Next time we want to bring the grandkids!

My husband, dog and I stayed for 2 nights for parents bday party nearby. Had no problems and house is fully stocked with anything you might need. Tons of dishes, towels, bedding etc.

Great house with a fantastic view. Loved staying here for our daughter’s Notre Dame graduation.
