This small cabin has recently been re-built with new pine paneled walls and ceiling, bunk beds, carpeting, electricity, a new Eco-outhouse!, solar shower and It is located at the edge of a field about 100 yards from our home. It is a perfect base camp for hikers 12 miles south of Franconia notch trail heads and Appalachian Trail crossing. The cabin is most often used by hikers who want a base camp near many of the most popular hiking trails near Franconia Notch. It is a peaceful and quiet place.

Guest space is the entire first floor of 47' round house with six foot picture windows which allow a 180 degree views on a private half mile on the Connecticut River. Come and enjoy the great outdoors in this 20' yurt designed by Colorado Yurt Company! The 315 sq. foot yurt can comfortably accommodate 6 people with 2 pullout futon beds and 1 twin bed. We are also open to having one-two tents next to the yurt for more coverage and comfort. This property is located less than 2 miles from the epicenter of some of the best biking in the country (Kingdom Trails) and is only a short drive to Burke Mountain.
