Rowesville is 11 minutes from the beautiful Edisto Memorial Gardens in Orangeburg. Orangeburg has many restaurants, Wal-Mart, and a Starbucks near I-26. Columbia is about an hour away. It is a central location: 10 minutes from the town of Saluda, 10 minutes from Batesburg, 20 minutes from Newberry, and 20 minutes from Lexington.

Unique rustic cabin on a quiet cove of Lake Murray, a 500,000 acre lake in central South Carolina, perfect for fishing and all water sports. The cabin will sleep 4 adults or 2 adults and 3-4 children. The top loft bunk might be a bit claustrophobic for an adult. The doorways upstairs are low clearance, can be a head bumping hazard for anyone over 5'10 or so. Bed linens, bath and kitchen towels are provided.

Prepare to be impressed, both by Tammy and her facilities. Tammy has taken great care to provide a quality place to stay. The apartment was made and furnished with quality products that we greatly appreciated; nice pans and everything we needed to help make a nice dinner. The apartment was definitely NOT furnished and equipped from Goodwill; matching towels, silverware, etc. Everything is nicely labelled. The availability of the boat ramp and dock is a great added value. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and plan to return. Thanks again for a great stay!

Tommie's home was perfect for our stay! We were in the area for our son's graduation from USC which was only about 40 minutes away, and got us out of the hustle and bustle of the downtown Columbia area. The house was very CLEAN, and accomodations were perfect for our family of 5 adults, with great eating places near by. I would definitely consider booking again if in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage on Lake Murray. Host Sheri was gracious, kind, and very attentive—she made sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. The cottage itself is quaint and extremely clean, with a well-stocked kitchen that made meal prep easy and enjoyable. We loved the peaceful, secluded location—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor space was a highlight, with a hammock and chairs to unwind in and a lovely screened-in porch that was ideal for quiet evenings. The dock was perfect for fishing and enjoying the lake views. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unplug and recharge in a serene lakeside setting.
