Great mountain house! House was clean and had everything we needed. The host sent us local recommendations and checkin/out was easy!

Great property. Owners left great instructions, and the house was private. The deer were an added bonus with the hot tub. Will be back for the winter. 5 Stars

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect! The communication between us and the host was phenomenal! The house was perfect for everything we needed! The hot tub was a family favorite!

We had a wonderful getaway at Seths place in Rockingham. Perfect location for a group of 12 girlfriends that wanted to relax. Loved the pool and the porch/patio! Felt like Tuscany. Seth and Carla were extremely responsive to the couple of small issues we had. Definitely recommend.

This was a great affordable option for our multi-family vacation with a wide range of ages (adults, teens and toddlers). The separate living rooms were nice when our group wanted to participate in different activities. Everything was clean and stocked. When we had questions, Jeff was quick to respond and provided helpful information. We also enjoyed using the Massanutten Resort's amenities (pickleball courts, rec center, etc.) We loved our stay!

I needed a place that my family, from out of state, could stay while attending a graduation. The house was perfect! I told Bob what I wanted to do and he was encouraging and helpful. He made sure we had propane for grilling and answered all my questions. He was very prompt when I reached out to him. We had an amazing time. I would stay there again.

My wife, myself and our pup enjoyed this property for our first wedding anniversary! The views are stunning! The home has everything you need for a basic weekend vacation in the mountains. Looking forward to checking this place out again!

Took a relaxing week long vacation in the mountains to hike, sit by the fire, and chill. It was exactly what we were looking for. We brought our fur children and they very much enjoyed the hiking that was in the area and the fenced in backyard was huge! Overall, we had an amazing time and we would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area.

The home and location were absolutely beautiful. We stayed for a full month while waiting to close on our new house, and Jennifer couldn’t have been more kind, responsive, or accommodating. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was tidy and smelled wonderful. We especially enjoyed the koi pond outside, and our little boy had a blast playing in the yard. There’s a great local brewery, an ice cream shop, a gas station, and a restaurant just down the road. All in all, our stay couldn’t have gone any better, and we’re so grateful for Jennifer’s warm hospitality.

We had such a nice girls weekend here! It was very serene and peaceful! The house was gorgeous and perfect for what we needed! We had plenty of beds and space and were able to use the mini ice machine/cooktop/stove/etc and loved all of it. My only disclaimers are to be prepared for the mountain terrain (very steep in spots!) and the steps down to and up from the house are a bit steep and slippery when wet! We were all able to easily handle them but can see how some may not be able to. Rob and MaryEllen were responsive and able to accommodate an early check-in for us which we really appreciated! Already talking about coming back next year.

Waking up to the fresh mountain air and quiet surroundings was the perfect reset. The host was warm, responsive, and thoughtful—making sure I felt right at home. I can’t wait to come back!

We had the best time at Bryce’s place! It was extremely spacious and peaceful with an incredible view - he also had SO many local recommendations! The Farmer’s Market (which had a dog friendly patio), hiking at Lost River State Park, and Lost River Trading post were some of our trip highlights. The perfect remote getaway!

Had an amazing stay and experience! The pictures don’t do this place justice, it is so cute and cozy. The kitchen is beautiful, very clean and has everything you need. The beds are so comfy! Everything was spotless, Josh and Theresa were very communicative and constantly checking in which I loved. The game room was super cool. Perfect weekend getaway to bond with friends, we thoroughly enjoyed the space and our hosts !

Angie is wonderful and so is her AirBnB! It's actually magic. The peace, the calm, the quiet, the serenity itself is priceless. The space itself is incredibly comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The sheets are soft. There are plenty of extra blankets. The shower/sink water pressure is SUBLIME, which is not always the case in this area due to shared water wells. The washer and dryer is clean and easy to use; bring your own detergent. My favorite aspect of this place though is all the natural light and the windows. There is a huge window in the living room and two windowed doors leading to the back deck. We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The place is very charming, clean and quiet. With serene farmland surrounding a cozy home, we will always think back to our getaway in Quicksburg!

We had an absolutely great time with my family and friend. Jillene's place was just as described in the pictures. We had no trouble finding the place. It was spotless clean and beautifully decorated. Jillene's was also very responsive. She was also kind enough to let us checkout late. I highly recommend this beautiful little cabin for a calm family getaway.

We had an incredible 3 night stay. The kitchen was stocked with anything you need to cook, and the place was Spotless! The fenced in yard was a major plus since we had dogs, and the hot tub was a great amenity. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed, we look forward to coming back!

Rob's spacious cabin was the just the getaway we needed from the DC city chaos. He generously allowed early check-in. The kitchen and pantry were WELL stocked for our cooking needs. All 5 bathrooms and bedrooms were clean & beautifully made. Quirky decor to admire, & Pacman! We came on a hot spring day and the AC took awhile to kick in due to how enormous the house is & the huge windows with 360 views. Hanging out on the enclosed patio with cool breeze coming through remedied the wait. Some of us hiked around the area and visited the cute local shop nearby. We enjoyed the cleanest and fanciest hot tub in our BNB experience. Rob did caution us about the bugs, which is expected being in nature. Next time I return, would take advantage of the whole family of charcoal, propane grill and smoker on site for meals. I could see myself cozying up to the outdoor fire pit and indoor fireplace on cooler months. Overall a great house for a great price and I look forward to returning.

Our stay at Ryan’s place was great! Everything was exactly as pictured with plenty of kitchen supplies and appliances. The space was so comfortable with two families. The kids loved the outdoor space and being able to walk to the river, state park, and winery meant we had everything we needed for an awesome weekend with friends. We would absolutely stay again.
