We 10 members had a wondeful stay at this property . Property amenities is as mentioned in the Photos, we had nice time at swimming pool . Food is the highlight of our stay, Bhagawan is the one who loves to prepare food as per our desire & request. Room maintenenace is also very good, except the first floor last ( Big size) room Airconditioning . It makes noice and not able to generate the enough chillness. AC service to be done. We are sure in our next visit also we will prefer stay in this property only.

I had a wonderful stay at The Rustic Vilaa in Goa! The villa perfectly blends comfort with a charming, earthy aesthetic that feels both cozy and luxurious. The location is peaceful yet close enough to explore popular beaches and local hotspots. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The private pool and outdoor space were highlights—perfect for relaxing with friends. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. It's a really good place. We were 11 adults in total. We are all family and really enjoyed the space and breakfast they offered. We all really loved the space and definitely suggested.. The host is very helpful for guiding and proactively suggested for our questions. Overall 10/10

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

We had an amazing stay at Jayant’s villa! The property is absolutely top class –The highlight was definitely the huge private pool, which made our trip extra special. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of North Goa, just minutes away from all the popular clubs, beach shacks, and top restaurants. Almas and Abhishek were amazing hosts,making it an amazing experience for my family. The fact that they have a lift inside this beautiful villa is one of the best part for me since my parents who are senior citizens could enjoy staying on the top floor without the stress of climbing stairs - So a Big Thank You for making this villa elderly and kid friendly. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious,stressfree and relaxing experience away from home with family. It meets all your needs!! Looking forward to visiting this place again with my family :)

Absolutely Amazing Experience! We had an incredible time at this villa! A group of 11 of us checked in to celebrate a 40th birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, taking care of even the smallest details. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to all the happening places. But honestly, the villa itself is even more beautiful than the pictures! A special thanks to Ashok- the caretaker, and Aunty for their warmth and hospitality. The food they prepared was so delicious that we skipped an outdoor lunch just to enjoy another meal at the villa! Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

Panav is a great host super helpful, always available and very generous! He sent us lovely breakfasts , suggested great nearby places to visit! The helpers were very good and always available making sure we had a comfortable stay. The airbnb has a lovely ambiance , cute, cozy and private! If you visit north Goa we highly recommend this airbnb!

The photos on Airbnb don’t do justice to how stunning this villa truly is. The entire space is beautifully designed, with multiple sections—starting from the parking area, leading up to the villa itself, then the pool, and finally direct access to the beach. Each section feels private and well thought out, offering both seclusion and easy beach access. We had an absolutely fantastic stay—completely worth it and highly recommended!

My husband and I had a great vacation in Rohit’s place to celebrate our anniversary. The staff were very attentive and the host was always a message away. From the pickup at the airport which was organized by the host to the warm and attentive staff and delicious egg curry. We really wished we had more time here . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here . Your beautiful home was like a warm embrace nestled in the middle of all that bustle .

My friends and I had a great time at the villa. It's a very peaceful location, and even though it's a bit far north, there's still a lot of places within a 20-30min drive. We found the property to be very clean with all the necessary amenities that match the photos accurately (and even though the pool is a bit smaller than we expected, it's more of a plunge pool that 8-10 people can still play in and enjoy peacefully). The kitchen was spacious and well equipped with everything needed for small meals (apart from groceries). There was also enough space to park 2 cars inside the compound. The hosts also helped us arrange cabs and rentals through a third party contact (who gave us fairly decent vehicles and rates), and a caretaker who helped dust and mop the floors, wash our dishes and used towels (at an extra cost that we paid as per our satisfaction). The hosts were very kind and responsive. Overall I would recommend this place to all large groups visiting Goa!

Excellent place to stay with family and friends for travelers who like heritage Properties. Some one had written in review that this property is a hidden gem, I fully agree to this review because you may find it difficult to reach this place as it is approachable by car up to certain extent and after that you have to walk for few minutes but once you reach the property all pains are gone This villa is renovated with all modern facilities including generator and ambiance is remarkable . We were group of 5 friends in our 50,s and all of us appreciate the property and quality of stay. Neat and clean rooms, Bathroom and amenities , Special thanks to care taker Renu for excellent breakfast and hospitality. Thanks for making our stay special

The house was good.. everything is nice..

The host of this house Ulhas has truly created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where every guest feels valued and at home. Their kindness, attention to detail, and effortless hospitality make every moment spent here unforgettable. It's clear that they take great care in ensuring everyone feels comfortable and appreciated—truly a reflection of their generous spirit.Ulhas is a wonderful and humble person who went out of his way to take us to local stores and help us with all our essentials. His mother prepared delicious, home-cooked meals for us, making our stay even more special. We had an amazing time, and we're so grateful to Ulhas and his family.

La Luxo was a beautiful stay. Nestled in a peaceful place, the rooms were as they were described. The pool and the view from the pool are definitely the USP of the place. Sowmya was a great host and ensured that all our queries were handled appropriately. It was the perfect stay and I would recommend everyone to choose La Luxo if they want a beautiful, peaceful and serene stay with the luxury of a beautiful view and relaxing pool. Would definitely love to come again!

Kirti's place was exactly what we needed for large group - very spacious, clean with beautiful surroudings and nice views from top floors, overlooking Mondavi River. Kirti was responsive and provided clear check-in instructions upfront. We mainly wanted to visit the Panjim and do some spiritual tourism, visiting multiple temples nearby and found perfect place in the middle. Kids loved the propery. Good privacy and space for everyone as it has multiple floors and bedrooms. Would recommend the property for anyone travelling in large group.
