This special place is close to everything: supermarket, weekly market, pharmacy, etc., 10-minute walk to the Congress & Exhibition Center, 10 minutes by bus to the train station & 15 minutes to the city or the Weser (Schlachte). However, quietly located, close to the Bürgerpark & Torfkanal. Many activities & restaurants are right outside the door.

From this place, you can quickly get to all the important places. Stroll through the small pedestrian zone, sit down to eat in the historic water mill on the castle island, use the proximity to HB + OL for a city tour or drive to the North Sea for a day! I love this apartment, which is a bit outdated. It is absolutely not perfect and certainly not modern, so don't expect 100%! I myself currently live in Berlin and rarely use it, but then with cats

Outside the door are numerous free parking spaces. Within 10 minutes on foot you are at the Bremen Schlachte and downtown. The apartment is located in the basement of our old Bremen house from 1895. The apartment was rebuilt from scratch in 2021/2022 and is in mint condition.

The stay with Ingrid and Jürgen was all around successful :) The accommodation corresponded exactly to the description – very nice, quiet location and surrounded by nature. The four of us did a workation in Philip's house. The Internet was fast and stable. Everything was as described (a great kitchen) and missing kitchen utensils were delivered quickly - thanks to the nice and quick communication with Philipp. In addition to the description, for those to whom such information is important: The house has a ventilation system (windows can of course be opened…) and no fly screens.

We dare to say that Sabine's apartment in Bremen and the surrounding area is the most beautiful. Very cozy, great design (no annoying frills), wonderful, artistic interior design (the fish lamp is soooo great!), the beds are great. Incredibly cozy. No ugly prints on the walls that would destroy the overall impression of this apartment. Tasteful throughout - from the curtains to the sweet curtain rods to the lamps. The view of the fantastic garden, which is adjacent to Bremen's most enchanting park, is an absolute highlight - you could also imagine yourself in southern France. How comfortable we felt??? As if we had been at home, our taste was so similar to the decor of this apartment. We live virtually "just around the corner", but "fled" before a complete 5-day house renovation - and found an oasis at Sabine's. Luckily for us...

As always, Tim's apartment was just a dream. This time we were here with our one-year-old son and thanks to the high chair and super bed situation, that was also just great! The accommodation and communication with Sabine were perfect and as indicated. It is good to know, however, that although the TV has all the SMART functions, it does not have cable reception with "conventional" TV channels. However, you can help yourself via the Joyn app and with Netflix you definitely always have something to watch. Very pleasant and stylish, great location, definitely recommended.
