This peaceful 63 m2 accommodation located 500 m from the side canal of the Garonne will offer you a beautiful 35 m2 living space with fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave...), a bathroom with a large shower and toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, two bright bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds. The rental overlooks the pool which is shared with our house and heated from June until the end of September. Parking in the back.
