Quiet and spacious garden with a pool, the most decent place of Sapanca is centrally located in Kırkpınar, walking distance to places such as cafes, restaurants, health centers, shopping spots, etc. Our house is on the street parallel to Bağdat Street. It is within walking distance to Sapanca Lake and 20 minutes drive to Kartepe ski resort. In the greenery, our detached house with a large veranda has 300 m2 of natural gas heating in 1 acre of land, as well as a fireplace and air conditioning in each room.

Our Geyikli Pavilion villa is in the concept of a chalet and in a 2000 m2 detached garden, 15 minutes away from Kartepe Ski Center, located in a central location and dominated by a unique mountain view. We have 20 different fruit trees and 3 very special 500 year old trees. Our 45 m2 swimming pool is heated. We have a hot tub. There are 5 rooms, 3 bathrooms and an American kitchen. Outdoors, there are seating areas with a garden fireplace and a barbecue corner.

Our Airbnb experience was really enjoyable. We stayed as 6 friends and Ms. Hanife Hanife and her husband, Mr. Özden, were very helpful to us with everything. Thanks to their friendly faces and hospitality, we felt at home. On the last night of our holiday, they kindly warned us in a very understanding language as we were a little too loud in the garden, which showed again how kind and understanding they are hosts. Thank you so much for everything, it was an unforgettable vacation!
