It fits comfortably 2 people on it's king size bed (+2 on inflatable queen mattress available upon request). Elegant and Artistic Loft on Historic Madero Street

The apartment is a single volume space at unique San Carlos building, a 19th Century ex-Hotel, recently refurbished on Madero Street, between Bellas Artes and Zócalo. You can access to the apartment 303 and the roof terrace. If you need anything or have any doubt, you can always reach me through the system or in my cell phone. It will be a pleasure to make your stay a great experience. The loft is in a former hotel in a prime location on historic Madero Street, between Bellas Artes and the Zocalo. Great. Located in a beautiful remodeled art decó building, across the National Museum of Art blocks away from Zócalo and Metropolitan Cathedral. Close to the most important museums, attractions and restaurants in Mexico city historical center. Ecobici station across the street, subway a block away and Uber always available. 1230 sq ft unit in fantastic location! Situated in a modern building, CDC-recommended cleaning. High speed internet, filtered water. Supermarket literally few steps from apartment. The apartment has king sized bed in one bedroom + queen sized in the 2nd bedroom (both with gorgeous modern private bathroom) dining and living chic decorated room+completely equipped kitchen. Hardwood floors and over-sized windows. 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, large kitchen and modern furnishings. Doorman 24X7.

Our praceful place, perfect oasis in the city.

Discover the City from this small and cozy oasis. A space full of light and with details that will make you feel in Mexico. The place is very quiet and the apartment lovingly decorated. As a host we can support you with whatever you need, do not hesitate to ask and if it is in our hands we will gladly do so. High ceilings, wooden beams and traditional pasta floors. A loft with a lot of character. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom and its tub is an ideal way to end the day.

The main reasons for staying at this Penthouse are: Solar Panels 100% power generated (No gas). 24/7 security person at front door. Air Conditioning and heating at the bedrooms. Quiet (double glass window at street facing bedroom. No neighbours above you (you are top floor). No neighbors next to makes it super private. Elevator. Nice view and good sun orientation. Fully equipped to live like at home. Located in Condesa neighborhood (The best). Private Rooftop terrace.
