Our unit in Carbondale located on 150 acres of our families private working ranch located on the east side of Carbondale. The guest suite has a private entrance with excellent views and is only a 10 minute walk to downtown Carbondale. The space is comfortable for up to 3 adults or a family of 4. Plenty of sunshine and room to relax after a day of skiing, fishing or hiking! Please be aware that we are on a gravel dirt road. No need for a 4 wheel drive vehicle but can be wet.

Hear the river at the Frying Pan Studio

Basalt's mid-valley location is roughly equidistant to Glenwood Springs, Snowmass Village and Aspen. The studio is an enjoyable ten-minute walk along the Frying Pan River to downtown Basalt. There are a number of good restaurants from which to choose. We accept pets at the studio, one large or 2 small animals, there is a $50 fee if you wish to bring your pet.
