Our duplex cottage (44 square meters) with private entrance, terrace, parking and wallbox is located in the quiet Bürgerfelde district - on the outskirts of town and yet centrally located! Just 15 minutes by bike or bus from downtown, the train station and university and a few minutes' walk to the green surroundings. The house is completely renovated and equipped with everything new and comfortable. Ideal occupancy is 1-2 people/couples. For a few nights, you can also accommodate three people. Pets welcome!

The North Sea dike of the southern Jade bus is a 2km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational vacation, for 2 friendly families or even for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining sunbathing lawn and play equipment is fenced in and therefore suitable for small children and four-legged friends.

In the north of the Dümmer Nature Park, between the Diepholz bog lowlands and Rehden Geestmoor, where the cranes winter, lies this small half-timbered house in a very quiet rural location. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

Our house is located on the border of Bremen North in the village of Werschenrege. Surrounded by meadows, horse paddocks and forests, you can enjoy nature there. At the same time, you can also reach the city center of Bremen in 20 minutes by car. It is located in the quiet village of Loquard. It is about 2 km to the dike edge, 1 km to the baker (Rysum), 11 km to other shopping (Pewsum) or 12 km (Emden) The Tidehuus is a good starting point for extensive bike tours in East Frisia.
