I extend my sincere gratitude to João and Cláudia. My stay was exceptional and unique experience. João's warm welcome and assistance with a smooth check-in process were greatly appreciated. João provided a comprehensive tour and explanation! The boat was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had a charmingly cozy ambiance. João and Cláudia are readily available and will respond promptly to your requests for assistance. The boat has all the essentials you need and there are additional washroom and shower facilities within the marina that were fairly clean. The marina is charming. peaceful and quiet. The boat deck provides a tranquil setting conducive to relaxation, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening wine. Outside the harbor, there's numerous of bars and restaurants to choose from. Also nearby there's a huge shopping center (Centro Vasco da Gama) I strongly recommend this exceptional unique experience and plan to return.

Excelente localização, óptima piscina, espaço muito agradável. Três casas muito espaçosas ( quem tem mais de três filhos há que repartir entre as casas ) com todas as comodidades necessárias para duas semanas de férias! Entre churrascos, espreguiçadeiras e rede de balouço a tranquilidade é o que reina!

Luiz and his wife were excellent hosts. Always eager to help. Place was very clean, Gates and cozy inside. Big terrace with great view. Felt like home away from home

We truly loved our time here and couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay. One of the many highlights was sharing meals out on the deck, enjoying the company of old friends, a glass of Alentejo wine, and the stunning views across the reservoir. The house is well stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, chairs, tables, and cookware for a large group, and the kitchen has everything you need if you enjoy cooking. We also made good use of the grill and the pizza oven! Outside, the pool is set in a beautifully maintained and private garden. While you can hear a little road noise at rush hour from below, most of the time it feels wonderfully peaceful and secluded — like your own private world. The house was spotless when we arrived. Marina was an excellent host: always quick to respond to any questions, and when we had an issue with the washing machine, she had an electrician out to fix it straight away. Marina's house was perfect for us, we only wish we could have stayed longer!

Gostámos muito da estadia na casa da Patrícia. Espaço tal e qual fotografias e tudo bem cuidado. Ideal para descansar e conhecer as zonas envolventes. Comunicação muito atenciosa. Voltaria a alugar esta casa 🙂

There are no words to describe this place other than magical! My family stayed here for 5 amazing nights and we wish we had booked more. Aniza and Dave are the most perfect, warm and welcoming hosts. Meeting them was truly a highlight of our experience at Quinta Vida Verde. They made great recommendations of things to do in the area and also are fantastic cooks! The accommodations are exactly as pictured. The view is absolutely stunning. The guesthouse is super clean and perfectly equipped with everything you need. We loved cooking and eating in the outdoor kitchen area that has a lovely view of the pool and the surrounding nature. This location was absolutely perfect for our family. There’s an amazing yard with lots of activities for kids and even an outdoor playroom with toys. We spent our days playing, hiking, swimming and exploring the beautiful landscape. A huge thank you to Aniza and Dave for making our stay so special! I highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

We had an amazing, magical stay at Casa Das Rosas. Hugo and Laura are really wonderful hosts. Please follow all their recommendations for things to do in Sintra and beyond. They really made our stay so special. The house is so nicely designed and really comfortable. The small outside sitting area on the cobblestone walkway is perfect for morning coffee. The location is great for walking. The walk to the old part of Sintra takes about 10 minutes. Take the path through the Parque Liberdade to old Sintra. You won’t be sorry . We hope to be able return to Casa Das Rosas. Thank you Hugo & Laura!
