The small country house

the small country house is a new and warm house without any overlooking, completely independent (small fully enclosed garden, terrace and private parking). it is located at the end of a small wooded path. the environment is very quiet and relaxing. close to Suisse Normande, this hilly place is ideal for walks in the countryside, in the forest (Grimboscq forest 3 km away) or along the Orne, whether on foot or by bike.

House 50 m2 - 2 bedrooms - Garden

Pretty stone house divided into 2 dwellings. The 50 m2 house (right side) for 4 people is composed on the ground floor of a living room with semi-open kitchen overlooking a terrace and garden. Upstairs, a hallway leads to a bedroom with a 140*200 2-person bed, a bedroom with 2 80*190 single beds, a shower room with toilet. Sheets, towels, dish towels and toilet paper are at your disposal.

Carefully renovated town house, ideally located to visit our beautiful region full of history, landing beaches, museums, Swiss Normandy and why not Mont Saint Michel. Access close to the A84, only 14 km from Caen, 10 km from Carpiquet Airport. The village has several shops (bakery, butcher, grocery store-bar...) The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
