Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Barnstable

Exceeded our expectations! We had a wonderful stay at Priscilla’s place in Barnstable over Memorial Day weekend. We spent three nights there, and it had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet, the space was newly renovated, and the backyard was huge; perfect for our dog, Oxford, who loved every moment of yard playtime. We had the pleasure of meeting Priscilla, who was friendly and welcoming right from the start. Oxford enjoyed her company too—it was clear he liked her! We’ll definitely stay again.

Erica’s place was exactly what we needed and she was a spectacular host. I definitely recommend. If you’re a family with kids, this is especially perfect as it’s a short walk to the beach and Erica has everything you could possibly need (sand toys included!). Highly recommend

We had an excellent stay at Great Hill Cottage. The entire house was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Great amenities.

We just finished a 4 night girls getaway for my Mom’s birthday. We can’t say enough about Adrianna and Tara’s cottage! We felt right @ home and there was such a peaceful vibe to the cottage. We were able to really relax and enjoyed beautiful sunsets with the fire pit going and wrapped in comfy blankets that they provided. They have thought of everything! The sauna experience followed by the outdoor shower was heavenly. We plan to make this an annual trip and this place is a 5+++, such an amazing stay🌸

Susan and Gerry's place is a wonderful place to stay. It is clean, modern, well equipped and is in a beautiful setting. Their home is in a central place that allows you to access all the sites that the Cape has to offer. It is to get to the quaint town of Sandwich or access the wonderful beaches of the National Seashore. They provide a beach pass that allows free access to some of these beaches. Their home is a quiet setting with access to walking trails and a local pond with beach access. This is our second year at their home and we are looking forward to spending time next year. Quickly sign up for this place if you can!

The house is in a quiet tucked away position, a short walk to the beach, and pleasant 20 minute walk to the town centre where there are numerous shops, cafes, and restaurants. The harbour is slightly further, but still within walking distance. We caught the ferry to Nantucket from there. Tim was very quick to respond to a very minor issue, which Josh kindly called round one evening to fix. We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay, and would recommend.

Julia's place was great! The location is very close to stores that you might need like cvs, stop and shop, etc. The house was clean and looked like the pictures. All of the beds were comfy and the amenities were great. The only downside is that the backyard was not cleaned up, but that might've been because we were there earlier in the season :) Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to get away to the cape!

Our stay a was fantastic. The house is exactly as pictured and there were plenty of extra necessities like towels, blankets, k-cup coffee, etc. Beds were comfy but we were most impressed with the couch - it is the most comfortable couch ever experienced at an airbnb! So great to relax in after a day of exploring town. Hot tub was a nice bonus too, and we fully took advantage of it during our stay. Location is a few min drive to Main St Osterville, a small quaint area with boutique shops and restaurants - so much better then downtown Hyannis (IMO). Jason was very responsive and had great recommendations. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

We had a short but pleasant stay at Gail’s and the in-law apartment was perfect! Check in was easy and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with great snacks! This is a great location for exploring Falmouth and the rest of the Cape and Gail is super friendly and responsive. We hope to stay longer next time!

I was in town for my dad's funeral. Carolyn was very nice to allow us to arrive earlier. She is very responsive. I appreciate her hospitality.

This place is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Close to town by car but quiet. Big yard, super clean, very quiet.

We enjoyed our stay. It is a very modern suite. The living room has a large TV and built-in glass fireplace. The kitchen is HGTV with a gas stove and large modern sink. The bathroom is Euro-styled behind the sliding wooden door, great water pressure. The bedroom has a great sleeping bed which always makes my stay. The place has a demure outside but once inside, you will say “Wow!”. Maria is a great, congenial host putting us on some great restaurants and places to visit. We would definitely rent again.

Andrea and Tracy’s place was amazing for us and our fur babies for a trip to the cape. The back yard was gorgeous, the apartment was comfortable and clean, and the location was a pretty convenient to most places for us. I would absolutely recommend and will happily stay again next time!

Loved my stay here! The place was super clean, cozy, and had such a nice, welcoming vibe. Everything was just like the listing, and it had everything I needed for a really comfortable trip. My boyfriend, our dogs and I had a great weekend getaway! It was quiet and peaceful, and the location was beautiful. There was plenty of space for all staying and Debra was very friendly and helpful. Huge choice of nearby restaurants and activities. The only downfall was inability to swim in the pond itself due to bacteria counts - totally out of Debra's control! She was able to give us recommendations on other swimming spots and we had a fantastic time swimming with our pups. Would absolutely recommend and hope to stay here again!

My family booked this house to celebrate my uncle’s 80th birthday. Unfortunately, my uncle passed away prior to the event so we turned it into a celebration of life. We appreciated the location very much. It was a very quick walk to a beautiful beach near the JFK memorial. Restaurants were within walking distance. The weather was good even though it was the beginning of May so we were able to make use of a wonderful outside space. Lloyd was very responsive throughout our short stay. If you are looking for a place for the family to relax and reconnect, this is the place for you.

We spent a relaxing week at Gabrielle’s beautiful home - mainly on the deck playing cards surrounded by beautiful vegetation. Great location with many walking paths through the woods - all of which seem to lead to the marketplace area and/or beach. The house is very nicely decorated and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house is extremely big, comfortable and cute. bedrooms are big, but the 1st floor bedroom definitely needs a new mattress. love the open concept of the kitchen, one thing I wish they had was a blender. Tom provided us with gallons of water which I am really thankful for it. The home was clean, beautiful backyard, quite neighborhood. Overall my family were comfortable, enjoyed our stay, and will definitely stay again.

The villa is amazing!! It’s super spacious, clean and very nicely decorated. Natalia is a great host. We had our microwedding at her villa and she organized a perfect day for us, would 100% recommend!
