The apartment is well connected to the public transportation to the center of Berlin. The apartment is in the north of Berlin in a very green and stylish residential area. You can expect a well-equipped, modern and cozy apartment with a sun balcony on the second floor. The apartment has 2 rooms on 43 m² of living space and thus plenty of space for 2 people. There is also a covered parking space about 2.30 m high with a barrier directly on the property.
